Pizza NOT CUT!!!! & not well done again!!!! This is the 3rd time I have ordered from this store and yet again they messed up a simple pizza!! Please retrain your cooks!!! Or I will be forced to go to Pizzahut for now on!!!!

My delivery driver I think he name was Michael was very rude he acted like he had an attitude while getting the money & giving me my food he asked did I need cash back I said yes he gave me the wrong amount then quickly drove off I called the store & told the manager we was talking then he hung up out of nowhere i don't recommend ordering frm this location I will be going to corporate about this situation & next time Michael if you wasn't so rude maybe I wouldn't mind letting you keep the change

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE: NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.Ordered 4 pizzas: was delivered with no American and provolone cheese that were clearly stated on my receipt and wasn’t well done as specified. Called spoke to Kyle the manager: he said he left notes and he could either send another batch immediately or call another day to order. Called two days ago spoke to another female rep who said he made a note for only 2 pizzas; she spoke with him and left new notes on my account to specify 4 pizzas and asked to call back another day to order. Called last night to order: the rep said he only sees 2 noted but he can clarify with Kyle: he forgot to put me on hold and I could hear him talking to Kyle(the manager); Kyle asked him to put me on hold and not respond to my order. This rep started telling his coworkers about what Kyle said and used profanity in referring to me and they kept making fun of me and how they were going to make me regret ever calling. After listening for 6 minutes I said Hello, and when he realized I was hearing them he used profanity again and put me on hold and 5 min later hung up. Upon calling again he acted like he was another coworker and didn’t know anything about what just happened: so I refreshed his memory and asked when I could at least put my order for the 2 pizzas and he replied “we can’t take your order until after the rush.” I asked when that was because I had guests and he said after 10 pm. I asked to speak to a manager he said “he is on break and will be back after 11 pm.” He started laughing at me and hung up.

I strongly prefer Domino's over most other pizza chains and this one does not disappoint! The pizza ,pasta and desserts I have ordered have never once been anything other than excellent. I recommend the Alfredo with chicken and the lava cakes.
I ordered wings late lastnight that were undercooked. I immediately was sick so I couldn’t call them I layed in bed. I took one bite and was instantly sick so I called Broderick Williams at 11:00 a.m at Dominos he’s the manager so he tells me people call in all the time about food being wrong as though what I said was a lie. I then told him I didn’t call right away because I was sick going back and forth to the bathroom and the bed. I never ate a whole wing all the wings are still in the box including the one I took one small bite out of. I explained to him that I live a pretty good life not one to lie about food. In which I never order Dominos ever my fiancé likes there brownie cookie or whatever so I ordered that for him and wings for myself. I asked Broderick Williams if he’s make it right and I’ll just get something else and that I’ll bring the order back to the store he got mad and HUNG UP!!!!!!! Can someone from cooperate call me please because this s ridiculous. I’m serious !!!! Very unprofessional Mr.Broderick Williams this is unacceptable!!!!!!

I left work and bought pizza for my son on the way home. When I went home and ate the pizza, after a few bites, I saw this disgusting tuft of hair and I was shocked. You can see in the photos I was extremely disgusted and went back to the store with the pizza to return it. After all this tiredness and go back and forth between home and store, the person working there and saying his name was Aaron, who was the manager of the store that he said , acted rudely as if I had put it there. I don’t need a free food man it’s ridiculous. I will never buy food from this store again. It is serious hygiene problem for me.

The tomato sauce taste horrible and it didn’t have the taste of the pizza we asked for, also we had to cut all the pizzas and it made a whole mess, please next time cut all pizzas so it’s easier for us to grab.
