I order a pizza, gave my address and they told me is going to be 45 minutes, 45 minutes later I call they told me they took the order wrong I mean for pick up, no for delivery, and even when it was their mistake I had to pay extra for the delivery Awful customer service not even an apology first and last time I order from this place

Well I got delivery and the estimated 25minutes took 1 hr and 25 minutes. Pizza was cold and over cooked, like weird combo right. Well guy took 45 minutes to arrive after “leaving store” cmon you guys are 2 miles away literally could’ve jogged there and back in the same time. Anyways very disappointed go to another location…

AVOID AT ALL COST. As someone who would usually order from this place from time to time, they have gone really downhill. It took almost an hour for the driver to get close by my neighborhood (I live 10 minutes away from the store) and suddenly my order was cancelled. I then called and it took a minute for someone to come to the phone. I asked nicely about what happened to my order and then this guy that answered the phone said that "oh we tried to call because nobody put an apartment number so we canceled" And that's when I said I never got a phone call and I usually use my same address and phone number and never had an issue before and it always has my apartment number AND I put it in their notes section along with my building number. He then proceeds to get sassy and an attitude and tried to make it seem like I didn't do that. Mind you I ordered up here for a long time and never had that happen to me, they can check my dominos profile for all I care with my past orders. This lead to a back and forth and honestly, even though they said it was "canceled" It took them a minute after the call/back and forth to do that because it was saying delivered almost like they were going to try and keep my money. And I don't play about my money, and I waited almost an hour for this to happen. Whoever the owner is at the store, you really need to look into your staff and rebrand because it's gotten terrible. And whoever guy I was on the phone with at 12:36pm that wanted to pop off with an attitude, I bet you won't try that anymore because you met your match. Find another dominos if you can!

This Dominos makes dominos pizza just like any other and the quality of that is consistent with other dominos. But Every time I select this Dominos versus the other one on San Jose, I am abysmally disappointed with the service. They always seem backed up and flustered, I never successfully get carside delivery (I wait and wait then go in after waiting). This hasn't been a one off bad night but multiple occurrences.

It's hilarious to me that a store can boast a 23 minute delivery time then actually take however in the hell long they feel like to deliver your cold pizza. This company is garbage.
I have been very pleased with Dominos. Ordered three times within the last six months while RV'ing across country. Pizza is consistently excellent with amazing speed. APP is very easy to use.

Ordered at 2:08, got text that it left at 2:18, delivery for 2:38. The time kept moving further out 10 minutes. Last checked, it said 3:21. Called the store, and although I had a polite demeanor, simply asking if there was an update, the person who answered was very rude and defensive. He basically said he doesn’t know what’s taking so long and offered no solution or even an apology. I live 6 minutes from the store. (Should’ve just gone, but I’m in the middle of a project.) I said I wish he could be more personable and customer service oriented and he hung up! I called back and said, “Sir, I can’t believe you would do that.” He said the pizza is on its way and hung up. I waited a bit more and the online tracker moved up again, so I called and he lied saying they tried calling. I, like almost anyone, have my phone by me all the time. He then said he would just cancel it. I told him not to and he hung up again. I have two charges on my credit card for this order, but no pizza. (And to top it off, they randomly put someone else’s order of pizza with mushrooms - gross lol - on my account that I hope I don’t get charged for.) I have ordered from this store in the past and they have always been quick and nice. Just wanted to make note of this particular order and hope that some action is taken on that employee (I think Dan?) because I am bummed.

The food was so good! It was perfect today! In the past, it was not so great. But today all items ordered were the perfect temperature, texture and amazing flavor. Domino's has restored themselves today. Thank you!
