I ordered a pizza with 7 toppings, but it was pretty inconsistent. Only 2 toppings were actually spread evenly, 3 barely showed up, and 2 were completely missing. The staff was really nice, which is the only reason I’m giving 3 stars. But it’s frustrating to pay for toppings and not get them. Please do better.

The quality of pizza offered at this joint is sub par. Depending on where you order dominoes you can get the best fluffiest pizza you've ever had. Tonight my pizza was flat no crust roll. Didn't order a flatbread. It was undercooked yet somehow late at the same time. The bacon was nothing but fat. Last time I ordered here me and my buddy had stomach problems that same night. This will be the last time I order from this dominoes until the revolving door potentially fixes a huge quality issue at this restaurant. Also pizzas are being put into the incorrect boxes and are being taken by the wrong customers. Happened while we were waiting the 10 extra minutes we waited for our undercooked pizza.

I come to this location often and the staff is usually very friendly and hospitable. However, tonight was the complete opposite. I ordered my food over the phone, and once I came inside the store to pay I was met at the counter by an employee (An older lady with no teeth) and she was extremely rude! She continuously cut me off while I was speaking and smiled when she saw my frustration. I then paid for my order.. The employee with no teeth walked over to another male employee (who has red hair) and helped him box my order. Once my order was prepared the male employee came over and yelled at me demanding I make a payment which I had already made. This type of behavior is disgusting especially in the customer service industry! I am in complete shock that they would treat a frequent customer this way. I have never seen those two employees before but they need to go back to wherever they came from.

Ordered pickup. The pizza, NY style, was blah, (and not cut along the half toppings) the wings were not crispy, almost like they were microwaved. I ate one and threw out the rest! Terrible. The person inside was 👍

Just wanted to say thank you and give our delivery driver Melanie a shout out. They are doing my construction on the main road in our complex and it can make it confusing. Melanie got out and walked around to find us. We figured it was going to be confusing so we were already outside looking but she found us before we could find her. Even with it being difficult to find our building she was so sweet to us and the puppy.

Not a great crew. Online system wasn’t working, I wanted to place my delivery order online. Figured I’d just call it in and pay over the phone- but they were very unhelpful. They said they wouldn’t discount a single item (literally just some lava cakes that were on sale for 7$) and that I could pay full price “no other option”.
I’ve been going to dominoes for awhile, but man forget this location I’ll go somewhere else.
EDIT: Literally just got help from a different location super easy. What was the issue? Why be rude?

Just left this location picking up an order. Two employees was out front talking, one was using a vape smoker. While waiting on the order, the smoker walked in put his apron on and started to handling the pizza dough. Not washing his hands or going near anything to clean them. When I questioned this process he got an attitude with me and didn't want to provide his name to me. However one of the employees told me he was the on duty manager. So if anyone gets sick from eating here, apparently there is zero protocol for washing your hands before handling the food. Domino's had to do better with this!!
Kayla, the manager there was so accommodating to our dietary restrictions and the pizza presented and tasted like it was made with intention and care. Thank you Kayla!

So if I did a review a couple of days ago I would have given a better rating. But when I ordered the same type of pizza today it was VERY poorly made. Hardly any of the toppings I asked for were on the pizza. Might as well got a cheese pizza. Dan, who made the pizza, acted like the toppings were coming out his pocket. Smh please DO better!

Needed a quick bite so I jumped on the app, grabbed an outstanding deal, and headed to the location to pick it up. Walked in, and was greeted by the warmest, friendliest, cheerful, welcoming, and just all around greatest vibe restaurant employee ive had in Jacksonville.
Her name was Kayla, and she gave me hope that there are restaurant employees that absolutely take pride in their work.
Cheers to whom hired her, as she's an incredible asset to your restaurant, profession, and humanity.
