If the kids hungry and your getting off late do not depend on dominos on 103rd to save the night! This makes the second time that we haven’t received our order. We ordered at 836 pm and by 1000 pm our order still haven’t arrived. When I called to see where our order was no one knew??♀️ they offered to remake our order and for us to wait another hour and refund me my money. We only got a refund and no order was remade! I am so pissed never again!!! Pizza Hut it will be for now on.. After spending $60.00. I really felt like it was April fools.

Please be aware if they make your pizza wrong they need a photo and receipt because don't let them just take your name . Also the manager needs to go for customer service training he was very rude. I was so upset when I left I pray this manger gets his karma.

Just got done ordering online and food was just delivered, I bought 4 pizzas and a Alfredo, everything except the 1 XL cheese pizza is great! The cheese pizza looks like it was thrown down the stairs and literally very inconvenient for a party, when reporting the damaged food they don't even give an option to remake the damaged food! Just coupon options!Otherwise love their chicken Alfredo from here ??

The entire staff are really GOOD PEOPLE professionals indeed!! There pizza is great! I have gotten alot of their Chicken meals also and I am Very Impressed everytime also the way they present the Chicken is amazing!! I personally feel each and every Professional working here needs a RAISE or Promotion at a minimum!!

I placed an order for delivery and had my cash tip ready for the driver. I got to the door to see the driver running away and wouldnt turn around for the tip. I picked up my pizza and noticed a sad face in the tip line. Days later I check my card and its been overcharged. My receipt doesnt match the money pulled. I have contacted dominos and left emails with no response. I will be reporting this as fraud with my bank. Im astonished and shocked to be treated this way, I will surely never be ordering from this location again.

The "assistant mngr" supposedly says if the app is not working and I shown her in her face it's not working and I want to buy pizzas she is not able to honor the price for the pizzas becuz it is online and has nothing to do with her business. I don't kno what kind of business Domino's is running if they are not able to honor a price because of their issue and not the customers issue. Now I clearly understand why this store is rated a 3.. I should have known better to try and get pizza here.

Stood at the counter for 15 mins without being greeted. There were 2 employees in the building. I'm not sure of how many delivery orders they had but it was only me inside as a customer. The woman came out of the kitchen area and came to the register to start printing tickets and still did not acknowledge that I was standing there. Never even said " give me a moment and I'll b right with u"

I have to be honest my experience is normally amazing… But this time was different ..I ordered my family’s normal pizza bundle 2 medium pizzas ,bread bites and my 6 year old son’s favorite cinnamon bread…. I also used 60 reward points for a free pizza adding up to 3 pizzas ..So My husband went to pick up our order and as he was pulling back into our driveway I received a call from domino’s saying that they where sorry but somehow they didn’t give my husband all of the order ..so he would need to come back to the store to get the pizza that was forgotten ….So my husband dropped of the food so that the kids could eat and headed back up to dominos ..after opening what should have been the cinnamon bread box I realized that they gave us cheese bread and not cinnamon bread so I called the store and was told that they would make them and put it with my pizza … I didn’t know I had to check my entire order so …after I got off the phone I open the box of pizza that should have been Pepperoni and bacon but it wasn’t it had extra olives on it .. I didn’t want to bother my husband with coming home and taking the pizza back so I picked the olives off and tried to call the store to let them know what happened… And I didn’t receive an answer .. so after a couple of hours I finally spoke with someone who was overly nasty I tried to explain to the manager that I really tried to work with the pizza by removing the toppings that I didn’t order and it was not working for my family and that my thin crust pizza had so much cheese and sauce that it was no longer crunchy .. the manager didn’t want to hear me out he then told me in order to get a refund I would have to bring the pizzas back to the store. I explain to him that I live 15 minutes away and that I’ve already been to the store twice and that I would not have a problem with receiving a store credit for the pizzas ..He then said OK I can give you credit for one pizza, but if you want more than that, you have to come in the store he wasn’t nice at all, so from this day forward, I probably will not order any more pizza from103rd St in Jacksonville, Florida.Thank you so much …Vegetarian options: I normally get the mushroom and spinach pizza this time it was not good at all….
