Always hair in the damn food smh. I've tried 6x since I moved to this side of town. I'm done, I ll go across town if I want Dominoes that bad. Slick your hair back in a bun not ponytail. Wear hairnets or see a dermatologist if you're shedding that bad. Disgusting!!!! Better yet keep it cut low if you can't do a bunch in the food industry.

Ordered from here for the first time. Once I opened the box it didn't look right even though I kept the box level all the ingredients had slid to one side. Then after moving the toppings back over I realized the pizza dough was not even all the way cooked. Very disappointed!!!

I recently placed an order and it was sent to this location by mistake. On the app I clearly have another location as my store my go to store.. for some reason it was sent to the baymeadows location. I redeemed some rewards for loaded tots needless to say I never received the order because it did not go to my store. I happen to be closed by the baymeadows location and I stopped in and explained what happened and they had records of exactly what I was telling them if they would honor that. The gentleman behind the counter rolled his eyes and and seemed very frustrated. Like I could give you the order but then I'm going to be losing $6. I said don't worry about it. While I was there I placed an order paid full price for it what was disappointed that he really did not want to help me what bothered me the most what's his facial expressions and attitude

They messed up my pasta order twice and I ordered over a week apart. One time it came with extra ingredients I didn’t ask for. The second time it was missing ingredients. Each time I did the car side delivery service so imagine how annoying it is to drive back to the store and go inside to get things corrected. I even tried to call before I drove back and they didn’t answer.

UPDATE: It did end up getting delivered almost 3 hours after the order was placed. Not sure what happened and still no communication back in regards to it.Placed order online and no response after an hour. Can't get hold of store and no way to get any support. Not normal Dominos experience but this store appears to be having some serious issues.

Part of why you go to Domino's is for the app. Tracker said our order was ready before we even left the house. Got there 5 minutes later. Waited 15 additional minutes because they were still waiting on one of our pizzas. Why have a tracker if it's going to be wrong? I understand it's a busy Friday night, but you've got 8 people working. Figure your system out.

My boyfriend and I every now and then try to give this specific dominos another try, after tonight we won’t do it again. In the past we have placed orders and they take forever to get to us, once even was called and hour before they were closed to tell us they are cancelling the order not giving us an option.Tonight we ordered at 8pm, the food was in “quality check” for an hour when we called at 9:20 after waiting a while on the terrifying sounding ringing phone finally someone answered saying they were 20 orders deep and that they can’t guarantee our order to be to us in ‘13 minutes’ and before letting us talk the gentleman asked almost insisting if we wanted to cancel the order. We did not want to cancel the order we just want our food. We did not want to wait the 10 ish days it’s going to take to get a refund (like it has in the past when we were forced to cancel the order)Our delivery finally left the store at 10:19, with estimated 6minutes away. It continued to bounce between 6 and 4 minutes away for an hour. We finally got our order at 11:10. Over 3 hours of waiting for our food, 2 small pizzas cheese bread and lava cakes. Not a large order. The food is luke warm and not amazing.. the BBQ chicken pizza has what seems to be no bbq sauce on it.. we added bacon to the pizza as well and it seems to be lacking :(Although our delivery driver was kind enough to say “sorry to keep you waiting” I am still pretty frustrated.

Never using this store ever again. Worst customer service and response: ordered pizza for my son’s classroom on his bday, poor hungry kids waited for an hour and no delivery. I had to go myself and pick the order up and made it to the school.Manager was not courteous on how to handle the such situation . May be better training is needed. He was ready to cancel the order and not listen to me.Whatever the reason may be, all I know is that small children were hungry because of dominos.Please please do not do this to anyone ever again.
