I had a bad experience with a Young lady at this store named raine. The manager then stepped in and corrected the issue immediately and made me an outstanding pizza. Hopefully miss raine Adjusts her attitude and understands how valuable customer service is for any business that she works for.

App messed up/ I messed up not double checking and ordered all the way at the San Jose one. Called (Monday 11/10 @7:50) and the guy was so friendly and was able to cancel my order and get my money back. Thank you!!!

I order the pizza at 1237 and it is being made. So at 120 no pizza and now the pizza is being made so what the hell had been going on since 1237. In the oven at 129. This place is a joke

Had an issue at a different dominoes, online system still gave me an issue and made it difficult to order resulting in the payment getting messed up. Called it in and the gentleman explained that he could get it voided and re-rung when I got there.
Different location up the street was just plain rude and said “nothing they could do”.
Glad this location pulled through.

The food is always good and the service is good, but the last few 3 or 4 times I've ordered pizza with buffalo sauce on it there hasn't been any and I had to ask them to fit it. Otherwise no issues, they put plenty of toppings on too!

I ordered 2 pizzas online Sunday and one was mis made. No big deal..it happens. They told me to stop by at my convenience and get it remade. The nice young man took care of that today and made the perfect pizza. Thanks for the great customer service and for having great service and pizza anytime I order. Shockingly, Dominoes has become my favorite pizza place! After years of mediocre pizza, they really came through with that new stuffed crust…Order it well-done, otherwise it can be a little doughy…I’m shocked and amazed at the friendly service and quality food served at the San Jose/DMV Plaza location. The employees are always so kind, the pizza is excellent and done on-time, and another variant that is surprisingly good is their pan pizza. They’ve done a complete 180, from a place I used to avoid, to an honestly good place to get a carry-out pizza. I don’t recommend eating-in, the place is really designed for carry-out. But my goodness, the turnaround is amazing! I highly recommend this location, super nice employees, and honestly great food.
Raine was absolutely fantastic! Regardless of being short staffed her and her coworker were superstars! They were so polite and are fantastic at what they do! This is one of my favorite locations to visit!

Worst Domino's ever. If you want to be verbally harassed for ordering pizzas for a party this is the place (I wish I was joking )! The pizza sucked, the service sucked, and the workers sucked. I have absolutely nothing positive to say, and I'm a very optimistic person who always sees the bright side. Corporate needs to pay attention to this location.

Called to report my pizza being 30 minutes late and still no pizza. Lady was not very customer friendly. No apologies, nothing.. just please be patient with us we're trying. I said ok and she just hung up! I am a retail manager and that is not the way to treat your customers!
