Great evening staff. Always great pie. Recommend this location over other. 8pm order is the time to get their best quality, always great. Had an issue once and was corrected immediately with a delivered pizza to my door

I went to pick up my order (that was already paid for) and the store was busy when I arrived, so I was asked to wait (totally fine). I waited over 10 min while watching the 2 ladies box and assemble pizzas and I was the only one in the store with them. I then offered to just grab my order (that was clearly sitting there) and the younger lady told me that I had to wait as I wasn't allowed back and they were very busy.....had a lot of attitude. I told her that I understood and she then offered to throw my pizza away and cancel the order if I wanted that. I told her I didn't want the attitude and did want my pizzas. I asked for her boss and she told me that she was the boss....but never gave me her name and admitted she didn't own the store (clearly not the boss) She then told me she was calling the police as she didn't have time for this. Fortunately the other lady could recognize the craziness of the situation and handed me the pizzas that were finished and paid for. So I left with this pizzas (paid for) while she was calling the police on me but will never go back as this is no way to treat a long time customer of this franchise. Looking at the other reviews, it seems that service is of little importance here so I'm not going to waste my time chasing down the owner or corporate to make it right but I do hope they read this. Please avoid if possible! Oh.....the pizza was room temperature at best when we got it home so couldn't even salvage a 2 star review there.

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered a light sauce pizza. Pizza came with extra sauce. Called the store no one picked up the phone. Went to the store which was empty so I don’t know why they don’t answer the phones. I explain my situation, guy says that’s lite sauce , he made the pizza himself, I say that is not lite sauce and I would like a refund. He says he can’t do that and won’t even try to come to a solution. I asked for a manager and he tells me he was the manager. I’ve always like dominos but this is my last order with you.

We ordered a pizza online (as we’ve done in the past). It went out to the wrong address TWICE. They claimed they called us to verify and update us but we never got any calls. Instead, we had to call them numerous times and were repeatedly told it was “on the way”. Almost two hours later, still no pizza. Finally they said WE could go get it but we were so exasperated at this point that we just canned the whole thing. Supposedly they’ll be refunding us…we’ll see 😐

I got 7 pizza's for my daughter's birthday party Saturday and it was terrible. When you get two toppings you should have the toppings an the whole pizza not just on some pieces or in the middle. Also I asked for extra sauce. I don't even know if they put sauce on it. It tasted like bread and cheese with a little bit of meat. Also who ever cuts the pizza needs to either have a sharper thing to cut it or need to be instructed on how to cut it. My guest had to cut most of the pieces or they ripped in half. This isn't the first time. I think we will have to find a new pizza place. I have always liked Domino's but their pizza it terrible lately.

I've been ordering from this location for almost 4 years and and tonight has been the worst experience ever. First my entire order was wrong,.the driver left and came back and still garbage. My pasta bowl didn't have any of the toppings, my daughter tots where burnt and my wings disgusting. I'm not a complaining person so it had to be bad for me to go this far as to leaving a review

We had a pick up order. Once we got home we realized one of the pizzas was wrong. I called and let them know my pizza was wrong. They don’t question me or anything. Told me they would have it replaced and would even deliver it to me!
Worst experience! Lowest customer service experience ever! Stood in the lobby for over 7 minutes while my pizzas picture attached sat. Finally a delivery driver came in and went to find the other employee. She comes out of the back and neither of them washed their hands used gloves or sanitizer.
I asked if she would remake the pizza because after being left unattended, flys buzzing the place, employees handing food without care to hygiene. The employee in charge said she was canceling the order and instructed the other employee to box them and take them to the back. I asked again if she was going to remake my pizza and she said no but i could wait another 45 minutes if i wanted them remade.
Poor training, poor management, and oversight from franchise is the reason.

So I ordered from them like I have multiple times in the past but this time all of a sudden they can't find my residence so the driver gets there says the order was delivered but wasn't, then had to call the store to see what happened and got met with rude stuff who tried to make me pay twice to get off the delivery fee because they didn't DELIVER IT! Trash staff and horrible manager. Don't order from here. Absolutely horrible customer service, and I tipped too online!! So I'm disputing this order and through the bank.

Customer service was horrible and the food was even worst! I usually order from the other San Jose location. However, since I was closer to this location I ordered for pick up. As I went in to the store 2 workers were standing at the front. One was on the phone. However, neither worker greeted me and/said give me a moment and we will be with you. The worker after a few minutes got off the phone and talked to the co worker then proceeded to the back. After a few more minutes I asked am I in visible. The worker finally said are you here to place an order or pick up. I stated I was there for pick up. After paying for my items I looked at my food. I paid an extra amount to have extra cheese and robust. I also ordered 2 of the new New York style pizza with garlic Parmesan wings. My wings had a drop of white sauce which looked like ranch, there was no extra cheese or robust on neither pizza. I was refunded my money because the worker (a black guy)refused to make me another pizza. After going back and forth with him about customer service I was then told I can have the food free or the police would be called since I didn’t want a refund. Yet, wanted my food made correctly. I would never go to this location again. I wish I would have looked at the reviews prior as I now see you all only have 3.4 stars… What a horrible experience!
