I had a bad experience with a Young lady at this store named raine. The manager then stepped in and corrected the issue immediately and made me an outstanding pizza. Hopefully miss raine Adjusts her attitude and understands how valuable customer service is for any business that she works for.

App messed up/ I messed up not double checking and ordered all the way at the San Jose one. Called (Monday 11/10 @7:50) and the guy was so friendly and was able to cancel my order and get my money back. Thank you!!!

Had an issue at a different dominoes, online system still gave me an issue and made it difficult to order resulting in the payment getting messed up. Called it in and the gentleman explained that he could get it voided and re-rung when I got there.
Different location up the street was just plain rude and said “nothing they could do”.
