Domino's Pizza

We had a small issue with our order and the manager on duty, December 9th around seven o'clock handle the situation, so professionally and kindly. This day and time, people do not care to make the situation right. I appreciate how sincere she was in.How quickly she fixed the situation. The delivery driver was extra kind.Also, and the food arrived extremely fast. Things happen, but it's how you handle it that matter.Customer service is A++

Placed an order. Order was delivered to wrong address. Called to inquire due to it being over an hour since order placed. Was rudely advised by delivery driver heather that it was deliver to wrong place. Asked if I could speak with manager to get resolution, manger on was Sebastian whom refused to come to phone, refused to rush order and refused to comp order. Heather advised me it would be atleast another hour. Which is unacceptable since they wrongly delivered my order. Heather then states to me “if you worked at dominos you would know” . Not only poor job delivering food, which we never received, heather was rude, manager refused to speak with me and after heather said they would make order and deliver it our order was canceled. Extremely unprofessional and unaware of customer service and service recovery.

Unbelievably bad customer service and delivery. We are at work and unable to leave to pick up food so we ordered delivery at 1623 on 10/5/24. We followed the tracker watching the delivery driver (Heather) get later and later and driving all around us. Driver headed back to their store after about 40 mins and so we called to get update. Employee at store said she was on a "double" delivery. We called back 5 mins later as the driver was getting closer to the store and further from us. Heather had delivered it to the wrong address and so we asked to speak to the manager. The staff refused to let us speak to the manager and the manager said he was too busy and will just resend the pizzas in an hour. No compensation. No apology. No discount. We called customer service and are lodging a complaint with them. Unbelievably bad all round. I wish I could give zero stars.

This pizza is disgusting Stact told me for carry out kts a 40 minutes wait...I get there in 40 mins it's cold!!! I order a Ceasars salad, the expiration is in 2 days. I paid $21.00 plus for trash!.... a store full of old people that resembles addicts making nasty pizza...I want a refund or a pizza from a diff location!

Billy I hope you can read this, you are the glue that holds this dominos together. Billy had the best customer service and was extremely hardworking. I have officially written off Pizza Hut and will likely never return because of the experience I had today. I will be revisiting this Dominos and ONLY this dominos as my sole pizza provider thank you Billy and I hope you go far.

Only order delivery and never went in, My driver was Fredrick and i was supposed to get a pizza never came. Called the store never answered and never got my money backed, also the next day charged my card more.
