**UPDATE : A Jon Dannenhoffer the “district leader “ reached out to me to help resolve this matter. He seemed friendly and willing to help. In the end; after explaining the situation as well as my concerns and desire for a refund- he stated I would receive a $25 store credit plus refund. I did tell him I did not want the store credit at that same store I ordered from as the experience I had was horrible! He stated I could receive the store credit it at the beach Blvd location....read full review
Took an hour for my order to be ready. Ordered at 4:45 left the store at 6pm. Lots of other angry people in the lobby.
