I have placed approximately 6 orders with this location since moving to Jacksonville 9 months ago. The one I placed tonight will be my last. Out of all of the orders only 1 has been correct!!! These aren't complicated orders...just a cesear salad and cheesy jalapeno bacon bread without bacon. They either deliver the bread with bacon or the wrong type of salad. Not complicated!! Also no longer worth my time and money!
Be prepared to wait 2 hours for your pizza no matter day or time! I do not understand why they cannot manage this location better! Even carry out can take forever!
Ordered a small thin crust at 8:30pm...at 9:30 I called to check the status and was told it was on its way out. At 10:30 I called again and was told that it was out for delivery. When I told the guy that I was told an hour ago that it “was in its way” he told me that he’ll have it remade?!?! If it was actually on it’s way why would it need to be remade???
