The manager is a liar. She told me my order was on the was at 9:30 and that the delivery driver only had my delivery. On the tracker they were delivering on US 1, which is far from my house. She said the tracker was wrong but it only takes 20 minutes to get to my house from the dominos on 210 and there is no traffic. She blatantly lied and then laughed about it when I called back, cancelled and called her a liar. This Dominos is terrible anyways. I won’t order from there again!

Horrible experience! This place is only 6 minutes from my house, yet it took over an hour for the order to arrive, and it was wrong. I called the restaurant, and they said they couldn’t issue a refund or send the correct order because they only have two drivers.
Very frustrating. Waiting over an hour for food and then not being able to eat it at all is unacceptable.

I have been a long timer ordering at this location and had the worst experience today. After waiting for 1hr 40 mins , I was told its not a big deal that its over an hour and people are waiting for 3-5hrs. All while the app showed it was to be delivered in 40 mins. Added to that they turned off the location tracking on delivery so you have no way to know. Then she went on to say I can cancel and once I asked her to cancel told me never to order again. I called up again to find out who the rude lady was and was told it was the GM of this location. For sure never ordering here ever again.

I order from here frequently but this time it took 2 and half hours for our pizza and it was cold when it arrived. None of our sauces were included. I called and asked for a manager and a little girl got on the phone and refused to tell me her name. I asked 6 times what her name was and she kept talking to me in a smartass/sarcastic tone telling me wait times were 3 hours. I told her that wasn’t my problem but the fact I have cold food and the entire order wasn’t delivered is the problem. She still made me the problem. Big mistake on her part!you will never get a recommendation from me or anyone in my business.

Some staff are very rude and delivery takes 1.5 hours. I called to check on my pizzas the rude employee was taking about “you just have to wait for your pizza, I have no time to check for all the deliveries right now.” Train your employees some basic customer service. They don’t need to be rude!!!

I went to this Domino’s branch today to buy a pizza. When I politely asked about the offers, the cashier replied rudely: “They are in front of you, look at them,” and then walked away. The worst service ever. Marcy stated she was the manager. Called 1hr after the order and she said sometimes that's the way it goes. Order was not even started. Canceled the order and will report to corporate. Avoid this place.

Marcie (manager) said no they hadn’t even started making it and “sometimes that happens” were her exact words! Then she said it’s game day, someone called in, etc. last time we use dominos for sure!
