I am so sorry about your experiences with Domino's. I worked for this franchisee. The managers are over worked. No balance between work and home time. Rarely have enough help. Never any support from higher management. PPPI is a joke. I would stay away from any of their stores in Jacksonville and Orlando. They are a sub-par company with sub-par company structure. Good luck.

These guys are working hard here. Pizza was great, quick, and hit the spot. Felt bad for the one guy running the whole joint on a Saturday afternoon. The next time we came there were several more employees, and they were busting their butts. Make sure you tip these guys, they deserve it!

Great pizza! Nothing like the garlic crust on a Domino’s pepperoni pizza. Service was outstanding. The pizza as actually hot when it was delivered. Extremely fast.

Just argued with Dominions CR210 after asking for a refund for a burnt cheese pizza. Not even the entire order just the pizza. He actually had the audacity to say “next time don’t ask for your pizza well done”. For me, well done pizza relates to the dough. Couldn’t even chew through the rubbery peppers on 3 of the slices. Hopefully he sees the photo.

I asked for an extra cheese pizza with pineapple and chicken on the eft side and cheese only on the right. They literally prepared the pizza the way they wanted it by giving me pineapple on the left side and chicken on the right with minimum cheese. Should have went with my first instinct and ordered Pizza Hut. I tried calling them multiple times but no answer

I just ordered from Domino's and they canceled my order after 2 minutes. They say they can't deliver the order anymore to my address because of a new store that opened on Monday. Really?!

Dropped my husbands pizza in front of him then told him it would be an hour before they could get a new one to him! Never going back!!!!

A delivery driver called me and said he was at the door. He was not there so I called him back and asked if he was at the correct address. He realized he was not and arrived a few minutes later. He then told me that he didn't think he had the right order... which he did not. He said the store would call to work it out. They never called, so I called a little more than 10 minutes later. The guy who answered the phone was not helpful at all and said he "thinks" another driver has it and would delivery it shortly. 15 minutes later, still no pizza. I called back (the store never called me to follow up either time) and he said they could send another out. I asked how long that would take and if we would get any refund since it had been about an hour and 20 minutes at this point with no one calling to check in on the problem with the order to fix it. He said he asked his manager and he said there would be no refund. I asked to speak with the manager and he has absolutely no customer service skills and never did anything to correct their problem. He just said the order was with another driver and would be there soon.In conclusion, the manager, Will, should not be working in customer service, nor should the guy who answered the phone. The delivery guys were very polite but are unfortunately working under a manager who sets them up for failure.

Bottom line - use a different Domino's store. This one is bad. I received a text that the driver was in my neighborhood. About 5-10 minutes later, there was no driver. I checked the online and it showed the driver leaving my area without delivering the food. I called the store. Was told that they are having computer problems and it will be delivered. Thirty minutes later I called and was told it is on its way. Fifteen minutes later, I called and was told that it was not ready yet. I decided to cancel the order and asked for a refund. I was told that would happen. It did not. I called the when they opened next day and was told that the General Manager would call me to solve the problem. He did not. I called the corporate office and was told that since they are a franchise store, they need to ask the store to fix the problem first before they can help me. I judge a business mostly on not how things go when they are good but how they deal with a problem. This store has failed miserably. There is another Domino's near me. I'll use them instead.

Terrible customer service, Manager was very rude and ran his mouth. Burned pizza and never took accountability to their mistakes. Whole staff was terrible and talking back and running mouth. Toxic service and atmosphere.
