I call to do a pickup waited 30 minutes before I just decided to drive there. They was doing construction and the guy who came to the window said he’s not answering the phone. It’s Fri night there open till 2am when he came to the window he wasn’t happy to see a customer at the window wanting to order a pie he wasn’t happy very rude.

I mean I ordered a chicken bacon ranch I would like chicken on it and some ranch dressing on it would be lovely The the barbecue bites that I ordered looks like they forgot to barbecue sauce this is ridiculous I will not be wasting my money ordering from there again

Called to complain about a pizza order. Shannon the manager heard my complaint in full and rectified the situation completely. I will continue ordering pizza from Dominoes, particularly this location thanks to Shannon and her professionalism.

They will NOT answer the phone to take an order. They let the recording tell what specials or new items they may have and then they just hang the phone up on you. It wouldn't of been a big deal if I wasnt driving trying to order something on my way home. I can't go on the website while driving so I called Pizza Hut and they DID answer the phone and take my order.

Absolutely terrible during night shift, my order is NEVER right, and for it to be the closest store to me it ALWAYS takes over an hour to get my food from store to my door. I've gotten the refunds, I truly don't care about the money, I LOVE pizza and I just want my food to be made right and not take forever to get to me. If it wasn't the closest store, I'd order from a different store, and might even get it quicker.
