Man this plane change so much and for the better! For got my sauces though but all good.

They have became the worse with timing. The last 2 weekends my food was not ready at the time that was forecasted. They just pushed the time back over and over…over 30 minutes to make pizza. I understand being backed up one weekend but it’s a Sunday and 2 weekends in a row is ridiculous. They offer no kinda courtesy or anything for the extra long wait.

The absolute WORST dominos from management to food, orders constantly wrong sat outside of store for 15 + minutes just for them to cancel my order & lock the doors mind you I’m sitting right here I can see them do it. I’d stay far far away here’s to hoping they get shut down tbh

I always order by phone not too good with computer messages sometimes hard to get the order through or phone calls mix up.

Dominoes pizza is great, but whenever I use the app at Soutel, my order won't take. So I'm left to walk in and then have a 45 minute wait, when I've already wasted 1 hour in the app. The store is busy on a Friday night. I don't get my pizza because of the app. But it is what it is. But time before last I had time to wait.

Went above and beyond for my order.

When ordering from Dominos you know what your ordering and you have a certain expectation of that , everything was up to par .🫡

Employees are horrible. Delivery drivers will stay beating on your door or not leave because they want a tip. You pay for sauces you do not get. If you call after they deliver your order about something they missed or messed up they will not answer the phone. I will be notifying cooperate about Dondre and other associates.

Tried ordering online for 11.99 for large pizza, online didn't work, went to store and ordered same pizza 18.99. What a joke.

Amazing customer service! I used to work at Marcos so I know a pizza place late at night is hard . So for the food to get here fast , hot, and when I called to make a simple swap they were so kind !!!

Ordered for delivery and was never received. The driver said it was delivered, but I'm sure it went to the wrong address because we did not get it. Tried calling several times, and it went to voice mail, which was full. When I did get someone I was told that the driver said food was delivered and the only thing he could do is remake the food and that we are out of his delivery zone (we are 3 miles away) so I would have to come get it. Why didn't they call to let me know they don't deliver out my way? I've received food from this location before. Worse service ever!!!
