Took my order and my money, and then canceled my order and told me to order it another Domino’s closer. Thank you to the two store managers who thought that this was OK and morally OK to just make the customer pay two times. Thanks Jennifer and Hannah awesome customer service today I won’t be ordering Domino’s ever again.

You want cold pizza that's been sitting out for over 30 minutes ? Unapologetic staff from the manager to the people who answer the phone ? Then this is the place to get bad pizza and poor customer service . Way to go guys, I have contacted Christy , your regional manager and corporate about this today . Everyone else , look elsewhere for much better options in jax .

The atmosphere was unwelcoming. The cashier purposely changed my order ringing it in and charged me more than I was charged online. Toppings were skimmed on the entire order, the cashier's nails were dirty, and I didn't see anyone in gloves or hair nets. Don't hop on every deal, they aren't always good.

We are regulars at this location (2-3 times a month at least). We frequently encounter familiar faces. Store employees and delivery drivers coming and going are always polite. Our order at this location has never once been wrong in the past 2 years, and it always ready and hot when I arrive. This Domino’s is a reliable neighborhood staple and we’re happy to continue giving them our business.

Hands down one of the best dominoes in town! Staff are very friendly and always have a smile on their face. Good customer service. Very quick to make your order. So quick in fact, I usually get there about ten minutes after I’ve ordered for pickup. By the time I get there and am inside, my pizza is already waiting for me. And the pizza is always top notch, best of the best!
Horrible all around there customer service sucks! At least the one in Jacksonville fl Arlington road. I will NEVER order from them . FILTHY beyond belief! MANAGER needs to be fired!!! The hand out coupons that are false and don’t work then don’t want to make it right! Don’t really care about the coupons care more about a clean place and better customer service. Horrible all around!!
