Donatos Pizza

Restaurant was empty when i arrived. I ordered a large thin crust meat lovers pizza and a side order of garlic cheese bread.
Pizza was great and over flowing in quality meats and tasted as good as it looked (and it looked yummy!). Staff is friendly and helpful as it was my first time trying the place.
Garlic cheese bread was meh . . . I’ve had better - I couldn’t taste the garlic flavor at all.
Will definitely be back for pizza and I totally recommend giving them a try if you’re in the Mandarin area!

I've had great and horrible experiences from this location so I believe its all about who is on shift! If it weren't for the fact that I'm from Ohio and this pizza is nostalgic than I wouldn't have been back after the bad experience. If yal tighten up the crew yal could be great! BTW for newbies they specialize in their thin crust iykyk ❤️ also don't blame them for your pizza being cold if you order via door dah or Uber, fresh is the best! oh and avoid the meatballs and loaded breadsticks they're trash lol

Got the oven tossed pizza dough, literally the worst pizza you can eat. It taste really cheap considering the fact I paid $23 for just a large pizza. Lil Caesar pizza is better quality than this for the money.

Toppings were just thrown on the pizza not sure if it was cooked all the way.

The guy that handed me the pizza was very surprised I wanted to look at it before walking out the door like he already knew he made me anything .

Serious meat, bbq chicken and mariachi chicken pizzas. All were amazing, one of the best I’ve ever had! Polite staff who were attentive to their customers. The inside was a little smaller than I expected. Several people ahead of me in line but they helped each of us quickly.
Definitely recommend!

Just HIRE more people, there’s 12 customers jammed in this spot waiting for orders to be taken and pizza to come out !!! I haven’t even tasted it yet and will not be coming back. Noah and Emily made me feel right at home as soon as I came in the door. I had a complicated order and they had excellent customer service and even had time to talk with me for a minute a great atmosphere just like Home.

Pizza has always been delicious, and used to be quick. Now the lady working the register cannot take an order without calling the manager multiple times for clarification. This has been the case the last two times I visited, roughly a month apart. I used to be able to place an order online and have it ready quicker than I could drive here. New help at the register is TERRIBLE, and ruins the experience.

We’re from Ohio and Donatos was our favorite pizza chain. We live in NSB and drove up to Jacksonville to celebrate my birthday, and had to stop for my birthday dinner! It was everything we remember. Pizza was amazing, we even got a second pie to take home!
