Donatos Pizza

From Ohio home of the Buckeyes was very pleased to see a Donatos here in Jacksonville Fl. For me it's a slice of home.

Pizza has always been delicious, and used to be quick. Now the lady working the register cannot take an order without calling the manager multiple times for clarification. This has been the case the last two times I visited, roughly a month apart. I used to be able to place an order online and have it ready quicker than I could drive here. New help at the register is TERRIBLE, and ruins the experience.

We’re from Ohio and Donatos was our favorite pizza chain. We live in NSB and drove up to Jacksonville to celebrate my birthday, and had to stop for my birthday dinner! It was everything we remember. Pizza was amazing, we even got a second pie to take home!

What a sad company advertising one price and charges another on the buy one get one free on doordash.

The margarita pie was really bland. (impressed with how it could taste like nothing at all ) Garlic bread sticks are not as pictured on the menu and likely came from the frozen food section of a grocery store. The side of marinara was just tomato paste in a cup and cold . The counter woman was friendly , the food was bland .

We had delivery this evening and the pizza was so delicious. Perfect crust and fresh toppings. Delivery time wasn’t bad considering it was last minute on a holiday. Happy 4th of July! Thanks for a tasty meal! Founder’s Favorite was awesome.

I’m from Ohio, so I am familiar with Donatos and my first visit here was perfect! Ordered again tonight and the pizza was cold by the time it was delivered (live about 5-10 minutes away). We also opted to try the stuffed jalapenos, which were absolutely disgusting. They were barely cooked and were not stuffed at all. Those should be removed from the menu. Will still give it another chance.

The food wasn’t actually bad. I very much enjoyed the wings but the service is pretty bad at least that night.
