So 5 out of the 10 times I have gone to this Duncan I have gotten the "hash brown BRISKET scramble" add I guess the word brisket means it's got flavoring in it because there's not a shred of brisket in it! So I've given them multiple chances to hopefully correct the issue! I have even asked them on the second time that I got it is there supposed to be brisket in it or is it flavoring? And guess what when I got that one no brisket! I know this seems Petty but they also don't even put in a fork. So I guess I'm going to have to go try another Duncan but that's going out of my way. But the it is good even without the brisket but still if I'm paying for it I would like to have it in there!

Susan and Tiffany were so friendly, and amazing, welcoming employees that we have ever met, definitely recommend going to this location and definitely will be going back to see them!!
The new manager need a better attitude. I complained about the coffee she asked did i order that kind before. “Ma’am i been patronizing this store since it opened you’re the new one here! The iced coffee used to be good. Now it’s really strong, and sour, even with the flavoring Please fix the iced coffee. Then she told me the snacking bacon was supposed to be cold ok that’s fine but with noticeable grease caked up on it? No ma’am let me see you eat that!!!

I asked for no cheese on my sandwich. I got cheese. THIS HAPPENS A LOT AR THIS LOCATION. On the plus side, I checked it right away before leaving (cause experience there has taught me well), and the cold cheese hadn't melted into the not very hot sandwich and I was able to remove it.
