*Cruel Behavior* Are you mean to disabled people like this too?* The man on the speaker 9:55am Dec 21st, 2025 was extremely rude and raised his voice to speak like a woman like me and had an attitude. All I said was “Mobile order Samantha” When he asked. Then preceded to talk like a woman and said “Who?.” “I don’t have mocha for you.” Then I heard the store laugh. I said nothing. My husband went inside to get my pre paid order. The store manger was a part of it laughing. Apparently they went on to talk about my husband’s appearance and his ears saying he looked like an elf. This is horrible kindergarten behavior. How do you treat disabled people too? This is NOT RIGHT.

Friendly cashier and workers but I only ordered 2 items in store when I was solo yet had other orders being completed in front of me. I hadn’t realized until a customer that came in shortly after realized and asked where my food item was when I only had drink fulfilled after waiting a good while. I thanked that man walking out but that shows unprofessionalism on the store with customer prioritization.

My visit via the drive through on the 2nd was pretty long, the delay was about 15 min, my food was cold nothing seemed fresh which was extremely unusual for Dunkin.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location. When I walked in, not a single employee greeted me, even though they greeted other customers who came in after me. It felt like I was completely ignored. One of the workers told me he was going to get my food, then walked off and did something else entirely. By the time I finally got my order, the food was cold. There was no sense of urgency, no courtesy, and definitely no customer service. Won’t be coming back.
