They have 3 people on shift for a Saturday morning. There's a 40 minute wait at the drive thru. Unfortunately I made a mobile order so I was forced to wait or go through the process of trying to get a refund. I blame poor management. Stop trying to save cost by understaffing your stores because that's the quickest way to GUARANTEE I never spend money here again. Never coming back to this location once I get my order because I'm currently at the speaker as was still told to wait. I hope to God if he exists that these poor workers find employment elsewhere.

Came here for a quick bite, waited in the drive through for 30+ minutes. Went inside to see if i could get my mobile order faster but one of the three people working there said out loud Kiosk orders only. So I stood by the mobile order pickup and no one acknowledged my existence for 5 minutes and I walked away. They have 3 people working here on a Saturday morning with a line of cars wrapping around the place. Youd think they'd staff the place with more than 3 people for a Saturday morning... nope.

This Dunkin has really gone down hill. The employees appear like they absolutely loath their job. Just asking for a straw gets them upset. They don’t appear to be able to get orders correct. Even if it is just one drink. I will be finding a new location to visit. This one needs some serious management overhaul.

this place has always given me problems. this store specifically. i cannot tell a time where i have had a good experience. it’s either in sitting in line for 30+ minutes or it’s the workers being rude and nasty and i always give people benefit of the doubt everybody has bad days. but its no way to act in the service industry. today my boyfriend and i went to get breakfast there and instead of the drive thru we opted for going inside to eat. when we walked in there were people using the kiosk so we walked around and went to the counter since there was nobody in line at the counter. my boyfriend and i already knew what we wanted which wasn’t much so we were really just waiting on someone to come to the counter. we were waiting for about 5-10 minutes and nobody has even acknowledged that we were there. there were about 10 workers all in pairs just talking not really doing anything. there was a lady who kept walking back and forth with the same bag shaking it. got to the point that i was sick of it and left. i’m so sick of this place and it’s been nothing but consistently bad experiences. with the coffee not being fully filled up or i’m missing part of the coffee like the cold foam if i ordered cold foam they won’t add it to the coffee. with the sandwiches being cold or over burnt. it’s a lot of carelessness in this business and it’s sad that they’re proud of the way they act and the business they put out.

Never got to place an order. I was told no one would assist me inside and that I was only able to use mobile ordering or the unassisted kiosk. I spent over 20 minutes in the drive thru line to be ignored for 6 minutes at the ordering intercom. Terrible service
Blair (unsure of spelling) at this location has an incredible positive attitude about the work she is doing and is a breath of fresh air. She was an absolute delight to interact with first thing in the morning!
