I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for a mobile order. They ran out of bagels but couldn’t give me a refund since I used the app. They asked if they could get me something else, I asked for a ham breakfast sandwich. Got a sausage sandwich lol

This location is hard to get to coming from the south side of the road, I had to wait 20 minutes to get into the parking lot, waited 10 mins to order because the line was long, just to get told we’re out of the one thing I sat and waited 30 minutes for. I am extremely disappointed in this location.

I stopped here around 4pm for a latte and the two ladies that were working were super friendly. My latte was super good, definitely recommend this Dunkin!🙂

Stopped here around 10 AM on a Wednesday morning. All of the workers were very bland and not friendly at all. Would recommend stopping at a different Dunkin so it doesn’t put a damper on your day.

The people who work here are doing such a great job keeping up with the heavy demands of the community. This store is ALWAYS busy. I love the fact that the good folks who work here have a great attitude despite the fact that there is always a line around the building. They ALL deserve a raise!

3rd time I’ve come here in the last 6 months in the morning and they’ve either not had any doughnuts or no one was working. Lights on; no one home. This store should close or I’m sure will have to soon. 0/5 stars.

They have 3 people on shift for a Saturday morning. There's a 40 minute wait at the drive thru. Unfortunately I made a mobile order so I was forced to wait or go through the process of trying to get a refund. I blame poor management. Stop trying to save cost by understaffing your stores because that's the quickest way to GUARANTEE I never spend money here again. Never coming back to this location once I get my order because I'm currently at the speaker as was still told to wait. I hope to God if he exists that these poor workers find employment elsewhere.

Came here for a quick bite, waited in the drive through for 30+ minutes. Went inside to see if i could get my mobile order faster but one of the three people working there said out loud Kiosk orders only. So I stood by the mobile order pickup and no one acknowledged my existence for 5 minutes and I walked away. They have 3 people working here on a Saturday morning with a line of cars wrapping around the place. Youd think they'd staff the place with more than 3 people for a Saturday morning... nope.

This Dunkin has really gone down hill. The employees appear like they absolutely loath their job. Just asking for a straw gets them upset. They don’t appear to be able to get orders correct. Even if it is just one drink. I will be finding a new location to visit. This one needs some serious management overhaul.
