They had staff behind the counter, but wanted everyone to use the touch-screens to order. Terrible customer service. Naturally, the touch-screens did not work, so I spent a frustrating few minutes trying to comply with the korporate policy and procedures. Finally left in disgust. I suppose if I went thru the drive thru, it would have been a different story, but maybe not. Stay away!

Probably the worst location I’ve been to. I placed a mobile order at around 1:25 pm and got in the drive thru a few mins after, told the person at the speaker that I had a mobile order, they said great, come around through. Told the person at the first window I had a mobile order and I already paid since there was a sign stating that you pay at the first window and I asked if I just go to the second, he said yes and someone will be right there. I waited about 5 mins before another lady behind me showed up, paid and got her order quickly. So I reversed and went back to the first window to not only wait another 5ish mins before I had to go inside. The girl inside stated that I just might have drove off before getting my order, I told her no, I was doing what I was told and went to the second window. Now that I reviewed my order, all of the icing is off the donut. I had to send two separate emails to Dunkin about this location. I’m sure everyone else has good experiences here and will continue coming there, but I won’t.

I order a lot from this place and honestly today was probably the most frustrating. Yes, I understand they are trying to fix a clogged machine but also the employee EMILY blatantly stating out loud with a lobby full of customers waiting for mobile orders to “‘not worry about mobile orders right now” is wild to me. That’s a bad look… You have about 10 tickets sitting on your counter right now but you’re only worrying about the drive thru? Because you want to keep your time down? Yeah what about that mobile order time and customer satisfaction. Shoutout to the other 2 employees who actually gave a crap though, that’s why this isn’t 1 star… couldn’t catch their names.

Stay away in the afternoon. Ordered one wrap on the app. Arrived 5 minutes later to no cars in parking lot or drive thru. All the staff was huddled in the back sitting on milk crates and talking. Then a few cars pulled up in the drive thru. Both got their orders before I got my single wake up wrap. 15 minutes from order to received.

Awful! They refused to give me a refund because they’re frozen drink machine was down and they couldn’t make my drink which is fine, but then proceeded to say they couldn’t give a refund and would call me back but never did. I’ve called 17 times and they STILL won’t answer after having my phone number down. I don’t understand why I can’t just have my money back for a coffee I never received. Disgusting.

This location used to be pretty good, for some reason it now takes them 15 minutes per car in the drive thru. Wouldn’t have kept waiting if I hadn’t already paid via mobile order.
Came to get breakfast and waited 30 minutes in line for 2 6 dollar meal deals. When i received the food they just handed me the bag and didnt say anything. They just show the window. To top it all off our order was wrong and had to turn around to get the rest of the food.

This Dunkin’ used to be great, but it has gone downhill. The last four times I’ve been here, the coffee has tasted like watered-down brown water. I end up throwing it out every time because it’s undrinkable.
The customer service is just as disappointing. The employees act like they don’t want to be there, and their attitudes toward customers are rude and unprofessional. Yesterday, for example, I ordered my coffee with cream, but it came with none. When I politely asked for more cream, the woman at the window rolled her eyes, told me it already had cream, and then closed the window on me.
This location has lost my business. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Service here is so terrible. No costumer service and I basically got my food thrown at me through the drive through window. I felt like an inconvenience for wanting breakfast here. The whole staff was unpleasant.

Went to Dunkin on the 11th to get breakfast before hitting the road. Thinking it would be a quick trip. As we drove into the parking lot we noticed that the lights were off but there was a line at the drive thru. We got in line but there was an employee tell everyone that they are just opening and allow 15 minutes. Mind you it was around 6:40 and they were supposed to open at 5. Anyways we decide to park and wait outside a little while then go inside. We see that there was about 4-5 employees and cars in line and multiple online tickets one being ours. We decide to go inside so we can give them our names and they can makes our order since we are here. instead of them making the tickets in order seeing as how they are opening over an hour late some people might have left. So we go inside and wasn’t treated by the staff or even acknowledge. No one looked our way they were busy making drive thru orders. We stood there for five minutes before I decided to leave seeing as how they didn’t care that we were there. Very rude staff except the guy who politely asked for 15 when we first arrived. This is one of the worst Dunkin experiences ever. Also a young high school girl came in the same time as us and was acknowledged and spoke to her as if they knew her but didn’t say anything to us. We left with out any food or drinks. Very upsetting how drive thru was prioritized and the focus as if the lobby was empty. We called for a refund and was told we would have to come in store. Hopefully when we go back we are not invited again.
