This Dunkin Donuts on Parkway had a very dismissive staff. I bought 4 dozen donuts and jug of coffee and I asked if I needed to come back or wait. I was told it would be done “when I am done making them”. I guess making donuts means picking them out of a glass case and putting in a box and not actually making them in the back. I guess spending 100 dollars at your store doesn’t mean you will get courtesy. Communication should be improved if you are the face of a customer...

I order a lot from this place and honestly today was probably the most frustrating. Yes, I understand they are trying to fix a clogged machine but also the employee EMILY blatantly stating out loud with a lobby full of customers waiting for mobile orders to “‘not worry about mobile orders right now” is wild to me. That’s a bad look… You have about 10 tickets sitting on your counter right now but you’re only worrying about the drive thru? Because you want to keep your...

Went through the drive-thru this morning at 9:51 am & ordered a Large Coldbrew with Sweet Cold foam, lt cream , and Pistachio. My coffee has none of the pistachio swirl in it. I come to this location a lot, and have never run into this issue! I did try to call twice to see if my order could be remade , but the phones were off.
