Drinks are fine, but its ran by highschoolers with mager attitude. Over all it just takes to long to get my drink with a side of malice so I'd just go elsewhere

Customer service is almost non-existent at this location. I walked up to the window. There was a gentleman who was waiting before me. Apparently, he only received part of his order, and after waiting a few more minutes, he walked away. At least 2 people looked directly at me, and neither of them acknowledged me. It looked as though there was only one person working both the hot and the cold drinks and they were not moving with any urgency whatsoever. A delivery driver comes up, and they immediately acknowledge him. I canceled my order and went to the airport location where the service is MUCH MORE consistent. Even if they are extremely busy, they acknowledge everyone coming through that door. New Berlin needs a refresher course in customer service.

I don't know if it's required for the employees to give sprinkles on the chocolate frosted but EVERYTIME I order chocolate and state no sprinkles they give me sprinkles, I don't even want it corrected smh

I spent $28 on two croissants two coffees and two hash browns. The croissants was so cold, the coffee with the whipped cream on top look like it had been made hours ago even though I had only ordered within 20 minutes. The hash browns was burnt and smushed.

The staff is horrible. Unprofessional, and they mess up your orders. I’ve tried several times and its always the same thing. Worst dunkin I’ve ever been to, I won’t be back
After they told me the list of things, they were out of (anything cream filled, powdered, all munchkins, etc) I just ordered 2 plain glazed donuts. They were cold, stale, and tasted old. There were flies flying all around the window, and after receiving my change, the guy at the window, very quickly, closed and locked the window. I couldn't get napkins. I couldn't ask questions nothing. Just terrible!

If I could give zero stars I would. The lack of safety for customers is appalling. Making people park in the road in front of the establishment is dangerous. I hope management changes this immediately.
