After they told me the list of things, they were out of (anything cream filled, powdered, all munchkins, etc) I just ordered 2 plain glazed donuts. They were cold, stale, and tasted old. There were flies flying all around the window, and after receiving my change, the guy at the window, very quickly, closed and locked the window. I couldn't get napkins. I couldn't ask questions nothing. Just terrible!

If I could give zero stars I would. The lack of safety for customers is appalling. Making people park in the road in front of the establishment is dangerous. I hope management changes this immediately.

This location sucks. Don't even bother go to scooters on new Berlin and yellowbluff. Everytime I order at this location the coffee is never right and employees are literally texting while taking orders and not getting anything right. This location needs new management and a new staff
This location is straight trash. I come here all the time and they never make my coffee right. Always have attitudes and always on their phones. They just need to fire everyone and start over. One guy there decent. That's it. Really sad. I work in food service so I understand... these people cant get their shit together. I absolutely hate this location.

Drinks are always watered down or not made properly. Ordered a day ahead recently for a large order and it wasn't started until I got there at the time I designated to pick it up and it made me late for work. Staff are rarely friendly.

I hesitated making this review because I really don't need y'all clogging up the drive-thru on me (lol), but this is by far the most consistent Dunkin I've ever patronized, so they deserve the 5-stars. I come here weekly, and they nail my coffee order every time. The staff are usually like high school kids, but they're always friendly and do a great job for the most part. DON'T CHANGE!
