I order 50 order of munchkins and I specifically ask if they had all glaze. My kids are picky and that’s all they eat . They assured me they had all 50 .. but when I got home none of them weee glaze . Tried to call back and the manager in charge was super rude and refused to give me a refund , unless I return that morning . Tried calling multiple days to resolve issue , called corporate too and no halo what so ever . Never will be stoping there again !!

I usually don’t write reviews but this is literally the worse Dunkin you can possibly stop at. It seems as though the majority of staff is incompetent and don’t care. Especially for simple coffee orders. I’ve been multiple times because it’s convenient but I’m going to start going back to the Dunn Ave location or the one on Airport road. I’ll take that drive.

I will say food is good but the service was awful! The girl with the long braids in the drive thru window caught an attitude even rolled her eyes when I made her walk to the back of the store to purchase seasonal cups on top of my $40 food order. Now I work in customer service myself I am a manager and my advice is sweetheart fix your attitude because it's going to be while if ever I come back!

Hard to complain or praise the atmosphere of a drive thru/walk up only shop. It's not trashy, I guess. Very clean.
Food and service however always shine. Every place has their off days and this location is no exception, but the average absolutely trends toward 5 stars each time. Fresh food, friendly service: this location has it all.

We live near another dunkin, it was packed today so we came here. The service was quick and exceptional. So great my husband decided after we got our first order he wanted something else just to experience the service again!!

I’ve made multiple complaints to their area manager about not filling hot drinks appropriately. Any hot drink I order comes nearly 1/2-1/3 empty. Be better.

I asked them to remake it, they literally yelling through the window about what they’re NOT going to do. I couldn’t believe the audacity of the staff.
