I have visited this location 3 times and all three times have been horrible. 1st visit they got my order wrong and when I mentioned it to the employees they got an attitude about fixing my drink that I paid for, 2nd visit I asked for a large and when I got to the window the girl was rude and handed me a medium when I paid for a LARGE and when I said something about the wrong size of my drink she got mad and said that it was a large and lastly the 3rd visit they got my order wrong again. All three times I have visited this location the employees are rude and don’t even greet you. I will not be visiting this location again and they need better employees and managers or just close.

Just stopped by to get a coffee and donut while driving down to Naples, FL. Tried a a berry drink instead and it was really not to my liking. Servers gladly substituted for an iced coffee and we made each other smile. Kudos for kind and great customer service!!

I accidentally put in an order at the wrong location which was Commonwealth I have tried to call literally all day and nobody answers the phone I know it was my mistake but I would still like my $6 back
Very horrible order taker this morning and it turns out she’s the store manager. This is my first time back to Duncan in years, but I went through ordered my usual easy, hot coffee, and the order takers attitude was just very subpar no good morning no you’re total is thank you. When I get to the window, I said good morning. I said dang I don’t get a good morning in a joking manner. And it was eye rolls It’s a Monday morning. I need you to be Lively at a coffee shop, especially more than likely you start the trend for someone’s day. Management should definitely consider that when putting someone in a position above others.

This store is the most nastiest store I have ever been to. While in there the managers were on there phone and employees were cussing and goofing off and wouldn’t help me. I had to use the kiosk and repeatedly had to ask for parts of my order and then while waiting I seen roaches crawling on the walls from the espresso machine.
