Not understanding why they would close the store 45 minutes before the closing time. That doesn’t make any sense! Good food though but the customer service and closing the store early is a big problem.

On our way to the airport for an early flight. They open AT 4 AM. At 410 a.m. , my sister and her daughter walked in while we waited outside. Almost immediately came back out because the young woman inside said, "Excuse me?! Excuse me! We just opened. Can you give us a minute?! I mean we haven't even opened our registers yet." It wasn't in a polite tone; it wasn't a request ... But your door is open, the lights are on, and your posted hours say 4 am?! If she had said, " I'm so sorry we're running behind and we're going to need a few minutes ..." NO PROBLEM. Hey, I get it's 4 am and you may not want to be there, but you are and it's your job that you chose. No one forced you to take it. Please treat people with the same kindness and respect you would want for yourself, especially if it is quite literally your job. Didn't stay. Didn't order. These are the kind of people who spit in your food.

We did take out thru the drive thru and they did not give us out banana bread which was 6.58. When I called they said I needed to return. With the tornado we needed to keep moving. Dissatisfied. And it wasn’t even busy!

The service here is horrible! The owner told me he didn’t need my business and I didn’t have to come back! This location really makes Dunkin look bad! Commonwealth Avenue! A total mess!!! The mobile orders are never ready and when you walk in it’s fully staffed! The worst Dunkin and I don’t recommend going there!

The pretty young lady named Miriam always gives me my order on time without judging my rolled out of bed with my dog in tow look. The very lovely Spanish lady reminds me when I forget to add my donut. Forgot her name but love her too. I do miss the one that used to give me an extra donut tho…

This location is the most consistent Dunkin I have ordered from. I order through the app 3-4 times per week and rarely have issues with the orders. Orders are ready when I get there to pick it up (I'm less that 1 mile from this location)

Have been multiple times to this location and for some reason we can't figure out how to put cream cheese on a bagel. Last time it was so thin I could see the bagel through the thickest party of cream cheese and this time they only put it on one half the bagel. I didn't know this skill needed taught but apparently here it does. Drinks at this location taste off compared to other locations. Not sure why.

There is a gentleman who works there named Mario and I hope this reaches him and management you are a godsend and your personality and aura u hope it takes you places I stop thru every morning as long as theirs no line and specifically request him jus off of interaction he went out his way to ask me questions regarding what I liked and offered suggestions now he’s the ONLY one who can make my drinks. Fast food is a hit or miss but it’s the fact that when I drive up to the window he’s there to greet me with a smile a kind word and a new option he specifically thought of for me. Thank you for your patience your service and for going the extra mile Mario.

I went there a few times, but this last time I had hair in my turkey sausage egg croissant. When I called to tell them, they said “omg, we’ll make you another one”. I would have rather had an apology and my money back, but I will not be going back.
