This is my store. Even when its rough this is still my store. Today Kia and Keaton showed me why I stay loyal to this store. Superior service.

As usual, the ovens are down.
I went through the drive through and ordered 4 dozen donuts for an event, after waiting to get to the window (10 minutes +/-) Once I get to the window, they don't have change and then I put it on a card and then I'm told I need to come inside for that big of an order. I try to make them make it make sense while I wait another almost 10 minutes for them to box up the donuts. This place is pitiful
I went through the drive thru today and this was my first time at this location. I asked for an iced pumpkin spiced latte and i had to repeat my order 5 times through the drive thru. the lady that took my order and took my payment, very rude vibe about her. I got my drink from what I believe is the shift lead or manager on duty. They didn’t give me whipped cream but i was not going to bother them about that. i pulled away and tried my drink and it was absolutely disgusting. it tasted like straight up milk and had no espresso in it. It tastes like sink water. I pulled back around and told the 1st lady that it tasted like straight up milk and then she gets the 2nd girl and the 2nd girl gives me the NASTIEST look and says “do you even know what espresso is” I’ve gotten this drink every single time it has been in the menu. She tried telling me that it was SUPPOSE to taste and look like that because it was espresso. i expressed to the worker that I wasn’t going to pay for something if i don’t like it and i believe she’s the one that made it so maybe that’s why she had an attitude…..She then said she would just remake it and i just asked for a refund because I didn’t want them to spit in my drink. never going back because APPARENTLY espressos are suppose to taste like garbage at that location.

For some reason at this Dunkin’, asking for less ice seems to mean extra ice blended in. 😭 I took five sips of my matcha and it was gone more ice than drink. We come here all the time, but it’s been happening more and more frequently.
Update: I actually drove back to ask for another drink since this keeps happening. I spoke with the assistant manager who told me, “I’m not going to give you another drink for free, you’ll have to pay for it. I didn’t make your drink, so I’m not sure why it’s like that.” Not the kind of customer service I expected. Thankfully, another employee stepped in and kindly offered to make the drink again and did a much better job than the assistant manager. Huge thanks to that employee for turning around what could have been an even worse experience.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! waiting 20minutes for a simple iced coffee is crazy. Don't try and add addons to your drink with the small black girl up front, she'll get spiteful and purposely give the opposite of what you ask for. i.e ...Less ice, she'll put extra... Cold foam, she'll put Whip Cream etc etc.

HORRIBLE!!! Get rid of the short black girl up front. She thinks she owns the place. Has an attitude if you request a customized order...which most coffee drinkers do!! she will PURPOSELY make everyone's order that came after because you pointed out that your order is wrong.

This location has really dropped in quality over the last few months. There is absolutely no sense of urgency in these employees whatsoever. I can only imagine how many they cause to be late to work every day. Lobby empty but takes 20+ minutes to get through the drive thru at 6:30am to get a coffee?? Then they don’t even make the drink correctly. Won’t be returning to this location.

Well today I came up in the drive thru and the employees are sitting outside on break or finished idk but I do know they where smoking and not tobacco the smell of marijuana was intense.. c'mon this can't be . See ya Dunkin service is bad now add this. nah

I don't even think that management or the owners look at these reviews. It don't seem like it.
Not only did my order take more than half an hour, but my hash browns were cold, which I don't understand because I was waiting for about 15 minutes at the lobby for my order. I believe this is the last time I'll be ordering from this store.
I have to admit that the first few times that I ordered from here it was awesome. I would order on the app, pick up in less than ten minutes, and it was all ready.
I don't know what had happened at this store, but the employees are not. We're working as before. If they are the same employees, very little regard for the customer and no sense of urgency at all.

Extremely hard working staff and amazing service. I had the most amazing experience with Tatiana today. She went above and beyond for me. Simple things go a long way when we are interacting with each other. Be kind. I will have a better day because of her. Thank you! Best latte I have had at this location also lol

Extremely disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts. I waited over 30 minutes in the drive-through for an order of 15 wraps. Instead of packaging them properly, they stuffed five wraps into each bag, making it a mess to handle and distribute.
When I asked them to fix the packaging, they argued that “this is how it’s supposed to be.” Shockingly, they took the food back inside to rewrap it — which is against health and safety guidelines — and then handed it back to me cold, along with a lot of unnecessary attitude.
Poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and clear disregard for basic food safety. I won’t be returning to this location again.

Drive through was long but I went inside and had my coffee in 2 minutes. Clean, spacious, nice new order kiosks that worked GREAT, were intuitive and you had just tap to pay with the Dunkin app. Donuts are displayed in the front instead of behind the cashiers so makes it easy to see what is ready and what’s out. Skip the drive through and head inside, staff is kind!
