Drive through was long but I went inside and had my coffee in 2 minutes. Clean, spacious, nice new order kiosks that worked GREAT, were intuitive and you had just tap to pay with the Dunkin app. Donuts are displayed in the front instead of behind the cashiers so makes it easy to see what is ready and what’s out. Skip the drive through and head inside, staff is kind!
I had a big order for the nearby figure skating competition early on a Saturday morning, and Tatiana was the only employee there because another employee had called out. There were multiple snafus with my order related to the app and supply delivery, and Tatiana handled my order with grace and aplomb.
