Slowest drive thru ever and they get your order right maybe 1 out of 5 visits. This use to be my go to drive thru and now i sit on line for 30 mins bc i placed my order on the app.

It's mostly a drive-thru Place With No seating so atmosphere is really not a concern. Always get good food and drink and good service. I would recommend sticking to drive through if you can as the couple parking spaces they have are usually full.

Ordered online for pick what seemed like a very long wait. Just to have the bagels bites plain. While not the world’s worst thing no one would answer. The line at 10:30. Was three cars deep

The staff at this location seem genuinely bothered that customers exist. Whether you’re in the drive-thru or walking up to the window, you’ll be met with eye rolls, attitude, and zero effort.
They don’t greet you, they don’t thank you, and forget about “have a nice day” the window closes before you can even reach for your drink. It’s honestly impressive how consistently unpleasant the service is here.
I’ve tried giving this location multiple chances, but it’s the same every time: unfriendly, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. Drive a few extra minutes to any other Dunkin’ if you actually want decent service with your coffee.

Mind you lattes are supposed to be light brown and creamy textured….tasted like straight chemicals.
The worst of all the Dunkin locations! And they don’t even have a lobby to tend to so it’s really mind boggling how they can be this awful. I gave grace for the first year they were open but nothing has changed. They burn the sandwiches, run out of donuts early, extremely slow, and have terrible attitudes.

The cars were wrapped around the building. I anticipated a bit of grouchiness and a long wait; I experienced neither. The service was SO friendly, my order was correct and they were fast. I'm not sure who all was working but they worked VERY well together. What a happy way to start the day. Thank you team for how you chose to show up!
