Big disappointment and definitely waste of your money! Donut and croissant were old and over baked. You can go to store buy way more fresher. Couldn’t eat it just taste very stale and old went to garbage. Got Latte they have no Small option so had to pay for Med size which was another shady thing to do. People come to here get fresh baked products not already made for God knows how much sitting there croissants and donuts.

30 min wait for cold food and a disgusting drink. The server was smoking a vape while delivering food. Avoid at all cost!

There was a line of about 6 cars in drive thru not moving for a few minutes. 2 associates came thru the side door and were taking photos of the sky. When they went back in then the line started to move. At the speaker no1 greeted. They just said "go ahead with the order" after "pull foward". Where's the friendliness? Where's the "welcome to dunkin" "your total is $25.51 please pull forward thank you" at the window I'm not sure if it was a manager or associate in a black shirt and sweater no uniform. She didn't tell me my order would be a wait until after I paid she told me pull forward. I asked her how long was my wait she said "it's coming out now" 15 minutes later still no order. When the line cleared she finally brought me food as she VAPED walking back and forth. The bagels I received were so CHEWY and then the hashbrowns were COLD, the sausage was COLD! My son and I threw away our food and did not have breakfast. My daughters breakfast wraps were also chewy she ate only the egg inside. I never write reviews cause I also work in the restaurant industry but wow, I felt this was needed and a disgrace to every Dunkin especially since this is a new location and only does take out and drive thru NO dine in should be fairly simple. I'll go back to the location on Sunbeam where I feel Welcomed and they NEVER mess up my order.
Horrible, after spending 30 minutes to place an order, the donuts were very poorly presented, it seemed like they had been grabbed with their fingers and the coffee that should be hot was cold. I will never go here again.

I ordered an iced matcha latte and I could barely taste the matcha. Went back to complain and she makes me another one that BARELY TASTES LIKE MATCHA. I don’t understand right now. Out of the hundreds of matcha l lattes I’ve ordered from dunkin this has never been an issue.

This might be the worst Dunkin I’ve been to, and I have probably been to every airport Dunkin’ you can think of in the US.
I am a regular at the Bartram Dunkin’ (they are awesome) but recently this Dunkin opened right by my house so I’ve given it a few tries. Every single time either one item or all items are wrong. They always mess up my mobile order sandwiches, the sweet tea ALWAYS tastes bad (according to my wife), and my coffee is always wrong too. They either leave out the sweetener completely or put the wrong one. Also, the staff is just not nice there. I can’t even recall a single person because it’s someone different every time and they are always rude. I usually don’t write bad reviews but I take my dunkin very seriously and it seriously makes me mad when i drive off and all of my order was made wrong.

I wasn't even able to order. I get they were busy, but the service I was given was abhorrent. I will never go back to that Dunkin Donuts location again!!!

This is the third time I've come to this one for a midnight Brew and I receive the original Brew instead. Like I won't notice. I will not come back to this one ever again. Integrity is a must when running a restaurant. You should always be honest with your guest!!!!

This location is not the best. My drinks are usually good, but they lack majorly with customer service. Everyone always seems to have an attitude. No smiles. The wait sometimes is absolutely ridiculous!

Kudos to the excellent customer service I always receive when visiting this location during my business ?? travels passing through. I would luv to give special thanks to the friendly lady. I am a strong ? believer in giving restaurants especially fast food ? past experiences another chance. Every time I visit it is extremely friendly with a nice smile on employee face. The employees suggests a lot of food and drinks to try. I will continue to visit this location as long as that one lady that smiles all the time is working there because with my past experiences when she wasn’t there I did not receive ? percentage customer service from anyone. I luv employees that luv to work and provide their best to customers especially reward members! ??Kudos to all hard work they do each day.

First of all, put a damn trashcan somewhere along the drive-thru. There is not one trash can in the parking lot anywhere. I politely asked if they could toss my empty Dunkin cup from the previous day. She rudely looked at me and said "we can't take trash through the window".
My second time at this dunkin was just as bad. My latte was almost pure white. When I drove up to the speaker and ordered my latte, it appeared on the screen then disappeared off the screen so I figured they entered it incorrectly and I was waiting for them to correct it and expected them to say something like "ok anything else?". But instead, she just rudely said "helllooooooo?". My drink wasn't even on the screen so I didn't want to continue my order until she was all set and ready. Just go to the one on San Jose. Avoid this joke of an establishment.

Took 5 mins to get my order. I had a black coffeee and a water. The 2 cars in front of me had small orders. The employees seemed more interested in talking about the traffic than getting people thru.

For a driver through only I’m shocked they don’t list donut options. They expect us to take their selection. Got it home and they were all ice cold. And they got the mix I specified incorrect. Surprise surprise. Apparently they want To be a version of Starbucks. Their donut selection is not what it use to be. I’ll be selecting to drive for a Parlor donut instead.
