Unfortunately, this is my local Dunkin’. The service is horrendous. They get something wrong with my order every time. It takes full minutes for someone to acknowledge me, both in store and in the drive thru. Today, while waiting in the drive-thru, I observed seven employees standing together trying to figure out how to pour a drink into a cup. Beyond the frequent confusion, the staff is often unfriendly, which adds to an already frustrating experience.

For about the 10th time since I have come to this location, I sit in the drive thru watching the employees out back talking with friends and ignoring the people waiting in line. No urgency to get back in and get back to work either, they will sit there and stare at you while you wait. Pull up to see ZERO employees in the store. Don’t visit this location.

I'm not sure how you can get a sandwich with only 3 ingredients wrong, especially if I don't want one of the ingredients, but they managed to do it. I asked for a sausage egg and cheese croissant with no cheese, but I got a bacon and egg croissant with 2 slices of bacon. Almost 6 bucks for the worst mistake ever. Will not be back.

This was my 2nd time visiting. 2nd time the order is wrong. Simple coffee order with cream, sugar, and flavoring. Only got coffee and creamer. Sorry, but not coming back for a 3rd wrong order.

Place looks great, but customer service is slow and poor also its a tad priceyer than all the other dunkins I've been to, I'd avoid unless your in a last resort and definitely avoid if your in a rush very slow took 12 minutes to make 1 6 dollar meal deal , with no lines ahead or behind, and when you add a 10 count of munchkins it's at 11.87 somthing it's not worth paying 12 dollars for what your getting.

Very good cust service and the donuts are the best.
I went in the drive through ordered 2 glazed doughnuts, ham and Swiss croissant and a order of hash browns. Not only I had to wait for 13 min, but the cashier still didn't get my order right. No napkins, no apologies for the wait. Every Dunkin doughnuts are different like any fast food chain. Yeah I rather go to Publix next time across the street to pay over 9 dollars.

I understand coffee grounds happen , but this is excessive. Service is very slow. They don’t put sugar in your coffee and when they do you wouldn’t know till you get to the bottom because they don’t stir it either. If the sugar even gets put in 90% of the time no sugar is put in. The employees are nice just don’t give you what you ask for very inconsistent.

So my experience at this place was lovely. It started out with me placing an order on the app showing up 10 to 12 minutes later hoping to find my food ready, to find the staff yelling and cursing at each other, threatening to fight. When I requested a refund, I was told I would have to come back to the store where I no longer feel safe at just to get a refund. Ironically, they can take your money through the app but can’t give it back to you that way the crazier part about all this is this is a brand new location and there’s another location within about a mile and a half away, exact same experience all the years before this opened. Save yourself some time just make some stuff at home and skip Dunkin altogether

Two time I’ve done an online order for avocado toast WITH bacon and both times I get home and realize there’s no bacon on it, what am I paying extra for then? Partly my fault for trust their service and not checking prior to getting home. This place just opened and already has bad reviews, find new staff or train better.
