I am very disappointed with my recent drive-through experience. The manager working the window was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the interaction.
After paying for two $5 meal deals and one donut, she handed me the donut in a separate small bag at the window.
When I politely asked if it could be placed with the rest of the order, she told me she “can’t do that” because she is trying to save bags.
I have completed a review online. She then placed both wraps together in one bag that the wraps are placed in, even though the order was for three different people.
I had to park and go inside to ask why the meals were packaged this way. Instead of resolving the issue respectfully, she walked away and again stated she was trying to save bags. I also had to ask for my receipt, as she did not provide one.
Another employee stepped in and properly bagged my order, and it was clear they were embarrassed by the situation. I understand businesses try to control costs, but it should never come at the expense of customer service or professionalism.
This interaction was unacceptable, especially from someone in a management position.
I hope that the operations manager and or Corporate looks at the video and either gives her proper training when encourages her to find the career that suits her personality.

I love this new Dunkin!! Maria runs this new place. I go there every single day because of how great Maria is and she gets my order right and makes my day everyday. I switched Dunkin’s just to follow Maria! This new one is run so efficiently, the drive through is so quick, and the food is the best as well as the service. Thank you for making my day everyday!

Came through the drive thru coincidentally at the same time of the grand opening and was in and out of that drive thru so fast , the food was hot and fast and delicious and we didn’t have to wait even though it was a super crowded in the dining area . . Great smiles from what I could see being nosy through the window hahaha It was a great experience Can’t wait for the next visit

Worst experience ever!! I place a mobile order 10 minutes prior to showing up for pickup. How is customers walk right in and get their orders in just 5 minutes and I’m still waiting on my mobile order for an additional 20 minutes! Brand new Dunkin’ not open but for just one month now, employees need to be trained better! Btw! Horrible customer service, I wasn’t even apologized to for my wait, I will not be back!
This has to be the worst DD they just opened so maybe they need some additional training. My coffee wasn't good, hash browns cold, snacking bacon was a tiny burnt ball.
