I’ve been to this Dunkin’ multiple times, mainly in the mornings, and I’ve also gone twice at night. The night crew is one of the best Dunkin’ teams I’ve ever received service from! My order was fresh, the drink was amazing, and the customer service—especially from the cashier Aaliyah was excellent. I’ll definitely be returning tomorrow!

This Dunkin exceeded my expectations. I made a mobile order and didn’t have to wait long. When I pulled in to the drive thru they were already ready and waiting with my drink, and my drink had extra sprinkles that other Dunkin’s have never given me for the same order. The drive thru server was also pleasant and cheerful. Pleasant experience.

I order a BEC bagel and cream cheese meal. When I got to work, I realized there was nothing on my bagel except cream cheese and it was burnt. I had to come back, was very polite and one young lady was very rude about getting it replaced. Her attitude did not match the situation. I even had to pay for more fresh hot hash browns, even though I returned the cold ones. Prior to that my drive thru customer service was positive.

The entire staff is so custom service driven. The store is ALWAYS clean and smell like you want more of what Dunkin offers. I must mention Zyaire, every singe time we come here. He, is extremely pleasant and even offer little things that make our treat trip to dunkin more pleasant. We pass up other dunkins to here for the customer service driven establishment. And trust me, its worth the drive in today's world.

Ordered 3 egg,sausage and cheese English muffin sandwiches online to pick up for my workers breakfast Labor Day. I ordered Xtra egg, sausage and cheese on all 3. When I got to work, none of them had the Xtra I paid 1 for each ( 9 dollars worth). I tried to call all day Labor day and no one would answer thd phone. I finally reached the store Tuesday evening, when I explained the issue with the associate, Informing her I had the receipt and order number. The associate informed me that without the sandwiches I was SOL. SERIOUSLY? These are the people that want 15 dollars a hour and can't even make a sandwich right with the instructions in front of them. If this is the way Dunkin doughnuts runs their business, I'll go elsewhere. I would encourage others to do the same. I stop at Dunkin Doughnuts every Saturday and Sunday to buy my crew breakfast. Dunkin Doughnuts has lost my future weekend business over 9 dollars. Great customer service Dunkin Doughnuts, I mean LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RELATIONS.

The lady taking my order was upset rude. Yes I was in the phone and I guess it annoyed her. However, I was looking at the menu, when I get to the window she’s talking super loud trying to be funny and then tells me that I need to tell her how I’m paying. The one providing a service is her, so I would assume she needed to ask? As she’s talking she spitting because I guess she had issues with her teeth. Honestly if she’s working the window I wouldn’t even get food from there. If you don’t want to work just say that. If you don’t have patience gather some.
Had a great experience. Jayden checked me out and he was so kind and friendly even at 6:45am. I had a great experience with the whole team and will definitely return!

Absolutely worse service from Lexi and voliet I’ve ever encountered at any Dunkin gave me burnt hash browns and overcharged me for tea when I brought it to her attention got nothing but a nasty attitude highly don’t even recommend wasting you time or money at this location the manager wasn’t even willing to fix or address the situation

My favorite dunkin 100%. They always put out good product and have good attitudes!! Well let me clarify closing shift 12/ close! I will drive across town just to come to the dunkin for my coffee! Got tired of throwing away $6.33 on a nasty coffee!!! Best dunkin around! Close shift!!
