Absolutely worse service from Lexi and voliet I’ve ever encountered at any Dunkin gave me burnt hash browns and overcharged me for tea when I brought it to her attention got nothing but a nasty attitude highly don’t even recommend wasting you time or money at this location the manager wasn’t even willing to fix or address the situation

My favorite dunkin 100%. They always put out good product and have good attitudes!! Well let me clarify closing shift 12/ close! I will drive across town just to come to the dunkin for my coffee! Got tired of throwing away $6.33 on a nasty coffee!!! Best dunkin around! Close shift!!

I ordered a extra large hot tea that comes with 2 tea bags along with a couple of other items. II'd drank half the cup when I started feeling something in my mouth. I removed the lid to find grains of tea floating in my cup, so I pulled the bags out to find that there was an opening in one of the tea bags (it had come apart from the staple that holds the string to the bag). Because I was long gone heading to work I couldn't go back at the time so I disguarded it and a few hours later I brought everything up🤮 (Im guessing the loose grains didn't settle well in my stomach. when I did get off of work I stopped back by here to inform the employee that was there, for her to go to the back to get the "General manager". I explained what had taken place and she stated that couldn't happen because if the see a whole they discard the bags. (basically calling me a liar) like things doesn't happen. I stan to gain nothing by loosing the very small amount that I paid for the tea. I work in customer service and to not offer me another tea as a apology and because I was Inconvenienced as a customer wasn't something she felt was the right thing to do. maybe I should have taken a picture of it along with what I brought up🤮 then maybe she would have believed me. I have never experienced this type of customer service as I have been a Dunkin Doughnuts customer for many years. I feel like I was discriminated against and my treatment was totally unwanted! Beware of this location Starbucks would never treat its customers as such.

My frozen coffee was made perfect and hit the spot thank you!
I had an encounter to day with the store manager and she could not have been more rude. Dunkin should be ashamed of them selfs letting her represent their company. She was belittling employees in the store front. When i called to speak to someone about her behavior she explained she was the store manager. And if I wanted to talk to any one else call corporate but nothing would happen. The disrespect she showed to her employees was a disgrace. A power trip is all she was on and it is disgusting.

I went to this Dunkin on May 4th. I would give y’all way more than 5 stars if I could. I owe these Dunkin ladies my life, literally. I stumbled into this location because I was experiencing a medical emergency. I explained to the girls working that I was feeling dizzy and really weird and also couldn’t feel the left side of my body. They called 911 for me and got me food and water. I had to leave my baby in the car and they were able to get him out and took care of him until JSO got there. I will never be able to get over this experience and I just wanted to say thank you so much to the ladies who helped me. I am beyond grateful and it could’ve been more serious if I hadn’t gotten help from them. Y’all deserve everything good in the world fr.

Every single time I come in to get a coffee in the evening there is one girl who is always rude. I don’t get it we try to be as polite as possible but it’s always attitude, on top of always putting way more cream and sugar than asked for. Every. Single.time. Everyone has bad days, I don’t expect a smile, but please at least get the coffee right damn.
