My mom does dashing and she had to wait over 35 mins for orders that was to be to the customer by 8:15 and the cashier at the register Monica to be exact was very rude to her and to other customers as well and she is on the phone with corporate now to handle this matter very disrespectful!! Not okay not acceptable

6 employees standing around. Nobody in the lobby and I’m just standing here staring into souls and nobody has spoke. Nobody has asked me about my order. Just having a good sit while they having a hang out in here 🤣 I WILL NOT BE ORDERING HERE ANYMORE.

10 minutes went by and I finally said something to be told there was no cookie butter …. How long was I gonna sit here before anyone said anything to me ? WORST DUNKIN EVERRRRRR

I ordered a medium ice coffee with 5 creams 5 pumps of vanilla bean and cold foam on top. I could immediately tell when they gave me my cup that the order was wrong. It tasted very bitter like there was no sugar in it and then they gave me a top that’s for whipped cream instead of cold foam.

I was the only person in the store, to be fair they were working hard on the drive thru. It took over half an hour to fulfill my order of one hot coffee drink & a dozen donuts- definitely understaffed. Only had 6 of the 12 donuts I ordered online (nobody was updating availability). They were a bit confused/ unable adding the original 6 in stock that I had ordered. No communication between employees. First time going to a Dunkin in over 10 years- don’t think I’ll make a habit of it 😅

Whoever is the crew up there on the early Saturday mornings need new training. First she acted like she couldn’t understand what I was saying. Then my hot chocolate was completely watered down and just water with chocolate flavoring. I did get them remade with milk, just for them to still taste like water. I’m coming back now for my refund cause this is ridiculous. If you don’t wanna work, please call in. I’m also making a call to corporate.

When you walk in, there is an older lady whom mix your orders such equal for real sugar. NO cream or too much cream. She needs to be retrain. I drive to Mainstreet now to get a decent cup of coffee.

Okay y'all, I have been going to this Dunkin donuts off Dunn avenue for a year or so. Honestly I have had better experiences from other Dunkin Donuts across town. I can't always drive out to Roosevelt area to get my Dunkin fix. The staff seems as if they always have a problem with you using your app and just have a attitude for you ordering a larger order. I have a large family and so I spend money with them and the quality of food I get from them is trash. So when you try to call them to let the know what is wrong with the order. The phone line is going to be busy. "So you can't call back to let them know what's wrong with your order." The decaf ice coffee that I get from them is always too sweet. There was one incident that the coffee was undrinkable and I had to let the manager know that they could get sued behind someone's health because one of their workers can't control their emotions by putting too much sugar in someone's drink when they asked for a sugar alternative. They upgraded their establishment which looks great I can say happily but did not fully upgrade their staff. I wanted to upload a picture or a $26.00 order that I didn't mind waiting for as long as my food comes out correctly but they insist to stay at the window all for my sandwich that is $5.69 plus tax come out with mostly bread, an egg, and barely no bacon. It wouldn't let me upload any pictures due to denied permissions. I don't know what that's all about but okay. That's strange? So before going to this location think for a second to see if you have time to turn around and complain to get your order corrected or if you have enough time to go a little further to another Dunkin to start your day off right.
