My wife got a coffee here at the drive thru. She asked for a lite vanilla sugar free coffee, but didn't realize that she received a black coffee from the grouchy barista until she pulled away. Buyer beware, don't pull away till you check what the crabby barista serves you!

This location in particular on Phillips highway in Jacksonville is my favorite for several reasons. For starters it's a brand new location in 2024.
Also, Jada, Traci, and Jordan always make me feel like family when I come in there several times a week for breakfast/brunch. My breakfast is always hot and if for some reason they're out of something they know what to substitute for me that's how well they know me. I also appreciate how they make me smile with their award-winning personalities and how they really care for each customer.
Thank you ladies!! I really appreciate you and Dunkin for filling my tummy and making me feel good when I start my work day!

I wonder why they give you half a cup when you choose less ice as an option. That is just ridiculous.
the staff here is usually pretty friendly but in the four times i’ve come here in the last week, my drink has only been made correct once /: i’ve been getting a dunkalatte, but they give me a regular latte that doesn’t use the coffee milk. The dunkalatte at other locations is usually very sweet, but here, it is bitter ):

I ordered a glazed donut, blueberry, frosted and donut with frost and sprinkles. As you can see they were all tossed into a dunkn moshpit bag. My blueberry had frost on it. Knda sucked to have these all mixed like that and others were mixed. Shame on dunkn. Next time i go in and rescue each donut individually by asking to have them brought directly to me.

Staff went into the freezer to get me some rocky road and worked hard to get two scoops even though it was frozen solid on Labor Day. They could have said we are out but made my day.

I visited the store this morning. The mature black lady with grey hair, who appeared to be the leader, was less than friendly when I greeted her. I didn't let it bother me and proceeded to order three croissants. However, when I went to pick up my order, they just threw it on the counter as if it were garbage. If you're working in customer service, it's important to do your job with a positive attitude, even if you're having a rough day. Hopefully, the upper management takes notice of this behavior and takes corrective actions.
