This location isn't my usual Dunkin I go to but I was passing through the area I decided to stop by and this will be the last time. I found it so odd that they literally have a sign at the drive through dedicated to "rude customers" but the worker(s) are the rude ones. I want to clarify when I have gone to my usual or even any other locations I never encountered any problems as I did here. I always ask for chocolate glazed and pink glazed donuts, again, never an issue until here. Why was it when I got my box, the pink donuts were correct but the chocolate wasn't. When I finally flagged down the lady with the hairy chin she was confused and proceeded to say "there's a difference" excuse me, but the pink ones were correct so obviously the person boxing the donuts knew but wanted to do their own thing. I don't understand why it was so hard for her to understand what I wanted. I apologized on my end for the confusion but her unprofessional attitude made this whole situation worse. Do not come here and waste your time and money. They dont want you here anyway it seems.

First and last time going to this location. A few hours after consuming a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich (which was half way burnt) I started to feel super nauseous. About 30 minutes ago, I threw up nothing but the inclusions to the coffee and have been going to the bathroom nonstop since. DO NOT Recommend.

The visit was terrible. Staff rude - didn't say hello, have a good day, thank you, nothing. They didn't even bother to take out ear buds. Just sad, especially when they have a sign saying never leave unhappy. We will probably not visit this location again. Never ask for much but some kindness is always appreciated. Even a smile.

How can I make the employees understand in simple English that I want one pump of caramel and one pump of mocha? Is it too hard. This is not the first time they have messed my coffee. Not sure why the doors ? locked but they was and I was basically told to walk away when the cashier waived her hand for me to leave, no sign on the door to explain why the door is locked, and there was a employee outside just hanging out talking not paying attention or letting the ppl who walk why the dinning area was locked. It's really an inconvenience to those who dnt have a car to go through the drive thru

The Lady At the Drive Thru , Her Name Was Krystal & She Was Very Rude . She Was Rushing , Unprofessional. The Sandwich That Was Ordered ( Egg & Cheese SW ) Was Wrong And When I Gave Her The Sandwich Saying It’s Incorrect She Took It And Threw It Away In My Face . I Didn’t Appreciate It And Also That Sandwich Could’ve Been For Someone That Haven’t Eaten . It’s Just Better Service Need To Be At The Window Because You Never Know Who Will Come .
I would of given this location zero stars if it was available. Went there today 12/3/23 at approximately 3:45 P.M. I drove through the drive thru and knew with the terrible attitude from the person on the other side of the speaker that this was going to be a bad visit and should have just drove off to Starbucks next door but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I ordered 2 cappuccino blasts (1 large and 1 medium) asked for whip cream and cinnamon since it seems these days you have to ask the employees for things rather than the employee offering. In the slow crawl to the window I was watching items being handed to the customer and in seconds back to the employee. Finally made it to the second spot and I could hear the woman in front of me complaining and she handed here drink back(I was going to drive off at this point but not enough room to turn the steering to maneuver out). I finally make it up to the window. First she hands me wrong order and I hand it back. The 2 drinks make it to the window. No whip cream,no cinnamon and cups covered in cappuccino blast. I asked for whip cream and cinnamon again and she gives me an attitude... Next i ask for napkins to wipe the sides...another attitude.... Ok so I drive off.. The drinks are terrible...ice chips...no cappuccino flavor etc... I almost tossed them but decided to drive to another location 2 miles away on University Blvd. I walk inside and explain situation to her and she can care less and I understand they are individually owned Franchises. I owned one back in the 90's when they were much better run and product was excellent. Girl at the University Blvd tells me even though they have Cappuccino Blasts on the menu she cant make a proper one either because they are going through a remodel and will not be bringing Baskin Robbins back into the new store. I surrendered and left her my 2 cups of slop and am done with Dunkin Donuts.
