The girls here are working very hard as I sit here and watch while eating my bagel. I could not leave a tip because I did not have cash on me. The owner of this Franchise needs to have card machines that allow you to leave a tip. These girls deserve tips and are working hard to make ends meet!! Thanks

This Dunkin Donuts is located right off the highway and is easy to get to and back on your way. The ladies working there were very welcoming. The dining room was well lit, with lots of windows for natural light. The donuts were fresh. I ordered an iced coffee and it was delicious.

These people that work here are rude. Specifically a young man who is heavy set and has a lisp, he is extremely rude. Once while ordering I requested them to make my bacon chewy cause the bacon is ALWAYS burnt. He immediately said “we don’t do that” but when I got up to the window a small Spanish women said “I heard what you said and I’ll make sure we get that for you” she was sweet. Today, I went back giving them another chance and I got my bacon COLD. I requested they recook my bacon fresh and warm and the same young man tells me “we serve our bacon cold” excuse me? Never in any experience have I ever been told we serve our bacon cold nor do I ever get it cold. Usually the staff tell me to wait til it cools down because it’s very hot which I do. I will rarely be going to this Dunkin from now on. I used to go on my way to school and i won’t anymore, the customer service is horrible. He thinks he can be rude just because he works there and argue back with customers because of what? I was never rude to him and it’s very upsetting getting this kind of service from the closest Dunkin. I’ve never experience a rude Dunkin staff member before. Dunkin, please review your staff (especially this one staff member) because I’m sure I’m not the only one getting this treatment almost every time I go. He is not fit to be a Dunkin worker.

Everybody was amazing. The remodel was quick and beautiful. The workers are very down to earth and happy to help. I go to this DD all the time.
This is literally the worst DD in Jacksonville. There is zero sense of urgency and there is always an issue every time I go. I have made so many complaints to DD corporate and none are taken seriously. Today several holiday drinks were unavailable “and not being done anymore”. If that is the case then your menu offerings need to change. I wait in like for 10 minutes due to the inefficiency to be told what I’d like to order is not an option even though it’s blasted on the menu

I don't drink the coffee I buy from here, but my wife and her best friend keep sending me so it must be good. I've never had any complaints about the order or the quality of the drink.
Service wise, I have always been greeted with a pleasant hello. And even after ordering and getting all my drinks they never let me leave without both employees saying goodbye. It's a business and they're working fast so it's not like you get to be personable with them, but I have had moments to interact with them and they've always been great. I don't see any reason why I wouldn't continue coming to this location.

I asked for whip cream on my frozen coffee she informed AFTER she put it on that it was .54 cents...and I barely got any whip on the drink. And it tasted awful. There's no name on the receipt but it was at 6:03 pm on 10/22/2024. Need to tighten up. No other dunkin charges me for whip, but if you do you should always let the customer know ahead of time.

The employees at this locations are extremely rude and unhelpful. I called to inquire about the store location number. The first employee hung up on me after placing me on a 20 minute hold. Then the second employee lied, stating the employee number was the address. When the store number is 306045. This indicates me that the store allows fraudulent credit card activity to occur.
