I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for years, as I’ve lived in Brookview a long time. For a long time this Dunkin’ Donuts was always very hit and miss. I am writing this review today to speak on an exemplary employee. Her name is Faith. She always ensures that my order is right. She always asked me if I need anything else. She makes sure that anything I could possibly have with my meal in the bag or ask if I need it such as ketchup, salt, pepper, napkins, straws, she is the only employee I have noticed that will hand you a straw and a napkin wrapped around your cup. I have walked in many times and seen her cleaning keeping her area clean all while being the most fantastic customer service rep I’ve ever seen. I’ve worked in customer service along time And I can say without a doubt that it is not for me and I do not have the attitude required to be able to work in customer service and do a good job. Faith is a shining example of what everyone and customer service should be. She definitely deserves to be commended, and if this Dunkin’ Donuts ever loses her as an employee, I’m sure the store will suffer , there are not many people out there like faith anymore. She is definitely one to keep around.

Worse experience every the whole staff is rude and the so called manager Faith is the nastiest poor excuse for a manager. The customer service is so bad the owner needs to reconsider who they have running their establishment.
This is this locations manager EVERY SINGLE time she is working I have a bad experience I feel so bad for the staff what an embarrassment of an establishment will never be going back I’ve tried many many times I’d rather drive 15 minutes to the other location then the 5 this one is because of her this place is absolutely

DO NOT WORK HERE!! Management is horrible!! Don’t get frustrated around the manager she will kick you off your station and yell at you! Especially if you’re an older person! She’s young and gives absolutely NO RESPECT for elders!!! Power hungry manager!! You HAVE TO WALK ON egg shells as an employee!! She’s always looking for a reason to fire someone!! Know someone that got fired for asking the manager to “please not move their tickets” said she was talking back!! DEFINITELY DID NOT TALK BACK!! She from what I understand took her feelings out on the employee bc she was feeling some type way about someone’s dog dying!! Crazy Florida is a no reason to fire people!! BECAREFUL WHO YOU WORK FOR!!!!! Definitely not this company!!!!

The employee working this morning 10/2 @ roughly 11am was absolutely rude! Forgot to give me my change back or receipt until I questioned him. My French vanilla iced coffee was plain coffee. They had 0 large cups. Took more than 5 minutes for the employee to answer the drive thru speaker. He needs trained on how to properly handle customers.
