Iced coffees and fresh donuts in the morning. By the afternoon the donuys are stale.
After a 17 hour drive back from Indiana yesterday (July 8, 2018) we decided to stop and get donuts as there was nothing in the refrigerator at home. I asked for an assorted dozen yeast donuts and grabbed some milk. There was only one white milk in the cooler and it had an expiration date of July 2. They did find another for me that wasn't expired.

It gets worse every visit. The frozen coffee always separates. Can’t take a simple order for an iced coffee. I order hot coffee, Black with cream and sugar on the side. They NEVER give you a stirrer. Always have to request the stirrer. I’ve decided to let my Perks Card go to zero and not re-charge it. The rewards are not worth it.

Dunkin' is a convenient stop on the way to church or for a quick coffee break. The employees have become very friendly and consistent, especially at the drive-thru, going the extra mile to ensure orders are correct. Customers have enjoyed delicious items like the croissant with egg and sausage sandwich and the best-tasting hashbrowns. The restaurant has undergone positive changes over the last year, with a very clean interior and exterior, creating a better dining experience. However, there have been occasional issues with orders being messed up, and it is not uncommon for popular items to be out of stock. Despite that, the coffee remains excellent, whether hot or iced, and the service is generally alright. Overall, Dunkin' has worked hard to become a great place to eat and has positively impacted the community with its improved standards.
