I went thru the drive through and ordered a cookie butter latte and bagel. The “manager”, was shining the scanner into my eyes, then my latte tasted weird, so I requested a different flavor. She said no. You’ll have to pay. Any time I’ve been to a Dunkin’ they typically have some basic customer service and are kind. I don’t appreciate starting my day with someone being so rude when I’m supporting their business. I’ll go where my hard earned money is appreciated, certainly not here.

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel. Had to wait for the drive thru go get waited in first. Finally got my food. Went to the car and discovered it was only a buttered bagel. Good thing I was in a hurry and it wasn't an emergency. They did fix it but weren't very polite about it. Parking lot is busy so be careful. Bathroom was out of order.

The new crew are the best. These guys are very consistent and very nice at the drive tru. Your order will always be right. The old crew are lame, just bunch of kids didn’t care about serving people… they are good at giving you the wrong order and lukewarm coffee. Love the whole new crew I hope the management don’t ever replace them.

Literally the best location on the Southside. This used To be my least favorite location. With new management, they have turned it around. Staff is always friendly and polite. Food is always hot and fresh and my order is always correct.

I will never go to this Dunkin’ Donuts again they tried to charge me $3.20 for a couple extra pumps of caramel flavor in my macchiato. I go to Dunkin’ Donuts almost every morning all over Jacksonville and this was the first time I’ve ever had someone try to do that and he wants to tell me oh it’s like a system, extra pump is up charge. This location is a rip off never again. Needless to say I did not get my macchiato from here. I went to exit down to gate Parkway instead and for some odd reason, they must not be on the same system because I ordered my macchiato the same way and they didn’t charge me three dollars more for two extra pumps
These new refreshers are amazing!! The lemonade refresher are much sweeter than the green tea refreshers. I've had both and to be honest sometimes I wish I could mix both ?? Love Love Love!!
