HORRIBLE. I complained a bit about the meal deal setup and then got our hash browns smashed and it also looked to be a half order. One of the sandwiches was also smashed and looked to be short on meat as well. I’ll avoid this place in the future.

Had close to the if not the most delicuous crossiant w/egg and sausage sandwhich and was perfectly sized along with the best tasting hashbrowns I've ever had. This store in particular has changed so much in the last year and for the better.From smiles increasing , a very clean reaturaunt inside and out to the how we like our cofee here in jax hot hot . They have done an amazing job becoming a great place to eat and have bettered the community with the standard they have maintained . Im vwry impressed! Thank you for being a positive change in Jackonville!

Loud radio was annoying but this DD looks brand new and very, very clean. $6 combo is very good. Quick counter service. Price for donuts is too much and small selection. Their coffees are excellent wether hot or iced

If I could give zero stars I most definitely would m. The food was undercooked, the bread was wet as in the croissant and English muffin. The has browns were crumbled. I asked for a refund paying with my tap and they gave me a hard time. The manager had an attitude and didn’t want to refund me saying that the food was bitten into! DUHH! How else would I know that the food is bad if I don’t bite into it. I WILL NOT BE BACK! But why would they care

Went through Drive-thru and ordered assorted munchkins and got all glazed instead. I did ‘t check my order prior to leaving and was too far away to go back. Called and had poor customer service. Stay away from this location if you can.

I went thru the drive through and ordered a cookie butter latte and bagel. The “manager”, was shining the scanner into my eyes, then my latte tasted weird, so I requested a different flavor. She said no. You’ll have to pay. Any time I’ve been to a Dunkin’ they typically have some basic customer service and are kind. I don’t appreciate starting my day with someone being so rude when I’m supporting their business. I’ll go where my hard earned money is appreciated, certainly not here.
