I came into this Dunkin the other day and the new girl M was working front, my customer service experience with her was absolutely awful, she’s very rude and disrespectful all I ordered was a medium iced coffee that’s it. I was waiting for my iced coffee at the most 20 minutes, I asked her if she had started on my coffee yet after waiting for 10 minutes and she told me in the upmost rude tone “I’m busy right now and I can’t help you at the moment so you’re going to have to wait” never once in my years of coming to this Dunkin have I ever experienced this bad of customer service here this was by far my worst experiences with this Dunkin and I will not be returning and I will be making a report with cooperate about this this is highly disrespectful and unprofessional of Dunkin

What's to say, If you need a coffee, latte, or tea maybe a donut this is the place. Service is hit or miss. Sometimes, it is A+ others, not so much.

Done with this location - been using this location since it opened and frankly I’m just tired of the CONSTANT attitude the employees have. I speak with my wallet and will move on. Today just happened to be the last straw. Not to mention service there is SLOWWWWWW as all get out and today there was a couple of people inside and maybe one or two in the drive through. After waiting approx 8 minutes for one order in front of me / I got an attitude oh well food is going to take a long time, I have other orders. Ok keep the sandwich and your attitude. When your location slows down more just remember it’s your employees. Just absolutely tired of it.

I visited this Dunkin Sunday morning and was given a Hot coffee By Bryant in the top was not secured on it, and it spilled on My arm and on the inside of my car. The manager, Stephanie, Handed me paper towels, but said that because she did not see the incident even though she was at the window she could not take my word. She then proceeded to still charge me for my order and then got my order wrong twice before I could pull off. When I asked for corporate’s number, she said that I could look it up on Google. They showed a true lack of customer care and customer service and I am just so thankful that this is not my Neighborhood Dunkin. My arm is still sore after putting aloe on it in the store manager also never called me back.

When I say I love this location, I truly mean it! The team and the atmosphere are absolutely top-notch.

Each visit somehow manages to be better than the last! This team is exceptional in every way.

Ms. Stephanie is a shining example of what great leadership looks like. Every time I visit, I see Ms. Stephanie engaging warmly with guests, ensuring everyone feels welcomed and taken care of. Her rapport with customers is remarkable, and she always greets everyone with a genuine, warm smile. It’s clear she has built a strong relationship with her team, as they’re often seen laughing, smiling, and working seamlessly together like a well-oiled machine.

AJ and Kay—what can I say? I absolutely love these two! Every interaction with them shows their leadership skills, especially in how they manage those busy lines, communicate support needs to the team, and ensure every order is handled quickly and efficiently. I visit so often that Kay has memorized my order and always makes sure it’s prepared with care and delivered in a timely manner. That level of service is unmatched!

And let’s not forget Mr. Tony! He’s always such a pleasure to interact with. Whenever he completes my order, he takes the time to share details about the latest promotional deals and even recommends his personal favorites from the menu, making it so much easier to decide—especially early in the morning. Thank you, Mr. Tony, for going the extra mile!

I believe Tab is the cook, and I have to give her a huge thank-you! Tab always makes sure the food is prepared with love and care. She’s another team member who has memorized my order and ensures it’s ready quickly and perfectly. Thank you, Tab, for putting so much heart into your cooking!

A big shoutout to the entire team—including A’merika, Ty, and Dishon! This crew makes breakfast exciting again with their incredible service, efficiency, and the personal touch they bring to every interaction.

With the holidays on the horizon, I sincerely hope raises are on the way because this team absolutely deserves it! Thank you all for making each visit such a delightful experience.

There was very long line at the drive thru, came in instead to place a simple order of a hot coffee. There were no other customers in the store. I was standing at the counter and I was ignored and not acknowledged. I asked if I could order a hot coffee to go and I was told by a guy that I have to order it on a kiosk. I said I would rather not use the kiosk . Then I was told you are gonna have to wait. I am thinking I have been waiting, first at the drive-thru, then at the counter, now I'm being punished because I won't order on the kiosk when there's no other customers. At this point I was done. I go to the Dunkin on Blanding by Confederate all the time and get treated great. I had an appointment to go to and 15 minutes had passed already. I said if you can't or won't take my order of coffee. I guess I will get coffee elsewhere. Then a girl popped up and said I will take your order. Which she did. I won't go back to your location.

absolutely if I could give less than one star, I would every time I’ve gone here It’s been a straight up disappointment. The cashier are rude and the food just taste bad. It taste like they make their coffee with tap water If you want good coffee and hot food, just go across the street to ellianos

Went to Dunkin today and had the best experience ever. From the drive thru cashier to the store manager even down to the young lady that made my ice coffee. It was simply amazing. I had double checked my order to make sure it had no Bacon and of course my eyes fooled me. The store manager came out immediately to make sure everything was okay. The cashier was patient with me and turns out my order was indeed correct in which I apologized to the staff. Not only were they assertive with making the correction but friendly and filled with joy. Every time I come to this Dunkin the staff literally makes my drinks and food with love. The place is always clean, the line is moving in a timely manner and again my drink is made with LOVE. This is my local Dunkin and I truly appreciate the staff coming in everyday to serve the community. It’s not as easy job dealing with customer but they are so friendly I truly love this place.

The donuts were stale, my order was made incorrectly. Normally I wouldn't make a review on these facts alone, I made this review because one of the employees (Kay) the one with the pink hair was very rude. I bought a bacon egg and cheese bagel with creme cheese, the order did not have the creme cheese on it. I went back to get it, when I went back Kay told me that is why they ask us to review the screen for accuracy. I told her I understand that, but I did say creme cheese and their error was still part of the problem. That should have been the end of the conversation but she proceeded to try and argue with me more about the point instead of just letting it go. In the end I was willing to pay for it BUT the combination of her attitude and price of $2.03 for the creme cheese changed my mind. The initial girl in the window was nice, and other employee who brought me the creme cheese was nice but Kay's unnecessarily bad attitude ruined the experience.

I have ordered muchkins twice from this location and they always give me way less. It seems they don't know how to count. Last time I got only 17 out of a 25 pack. Unfortunately I realized this when I got home and there is no way in the app to submit a claim.

The staff and management are by far one of the best. They always great us with a smile and are the friendliest and most accommodating store that I’ve been in. They treat us like family. They even know our order and start filling it before we even get to the counter. Talk about amazing customer service.

Dietary restrictions: I always get a refresher because I can’t have coffee, tea, anything sparkling or lemonade. They have been so kind to allow me to get almond milk in my refresher so that I can still drink it since they no longer sell the coconut refresher.
