Around 12:50 something close to 1:00pm on Saturday 12/13/25. I was in the drive thru at this location. When I was ready to place my order the person on the intercom told me one moment, and that moment turned into almost 10 minutes of waiting!!! I then said “HELLO?”, the person responded, One moment we’re really busy right now, I have other people in front of you that we’re trying to take care of”…..WRONG ANSWER! I didn't say anything, and I just drove off because I really can’t believe he said that…THEN, when I drove off there was only one car at the window?!! Smh. You never tell a customer that! You suppose to apologize for the inconvenience, we’ll be with you shortly”. That’s what you suppose to say! Please do better with the service..

Waste your time at this Dunkin. I decided to go in tonight at 5:40 PM to get some donuts for my family and friends. When I walked in, there were three employees one of the women was just yelling and writing stuff down. The other woman and a guy was helping close a cup together. I stood at the register for three minutes with no response from any of them. Someone finally came to the register when I decided to turn around and walk out. Don’t waste your time they were so gosh dang rude. They could have said hey ma’am, we were swamped give us one moment. I would’ve patiently waited. Not saying anything to anybody when the whole Duncan was practically empty is insane. There was no one else in there except for me. Don’t waste your time. They’re just so disgusting.

Used to be pretty efficient but the last two weeks I'm always waiting 25+ minutes in the drive through for a mobile order. Usually it's just a large coffee, just seems like a waste of time and money at this point. I'm sitting in the drive through now and have ample time to post this review. Nothing against the team here but bruh, get it together my goodness. Do better.

I ordered donuts and a cup of ice at this Dunkin, but the service was terrible. The worker handed me the donuts and didn’t give me the ice. I waited, and when she came back I told her I was waiting for a cup of ice. She gave me a rude look and said in a tone like, “A cup of ice!?” then told me to make another order just for that. Another employee finally gave me the cup of ice but also looked annoyed. It’s not that hard to give decent customer service—especially for something as simple as ice. Definitely disappointed with the attitude here.

Iced coffee no sweetener. Took it back up there to FIX it and drive off again still isn't right. Shame on me ig. 3rd time this has happened I only tried today to have it fixed. I'm good on this dunkin.

Amazing place, customers & staff. they always get my order correct and the manager and staff are so sweet, even when provoked they keep their attitude up! i order a caramel latte with coffee milk and a side of hashbrowns. its always lovely here i wont even lie, there has been sometimes where nasty customers come in there and are just mad disrespectful like one time a man came in there and was just cursing and yelling at the old man and him & the other staff kept their composure as they should and still had the service amazing, i wish they were appreciated more! you should definitely try eating here soon, amazing food, donuts, and service :)

I rarely write reviews, but I had to share what great service I received here today. Portia, the store manager, took my order in the drive thru and her positive attitude is contagious! I could tell from her drive thru interactions before me that she has gotten to know her customers and made connections with them as well. She is doing an amazing job, and I just really appreciated having such a stellar interaction with her this morning.

Most of the employees lack the skill to talk to people normally, they’re always rude or have an attitude when having to do the jobs they literally signed up to do. There’s a certain crew that’s super sweet, but it doesn’t help the fact that majority of the staff are just rude. The manager is really sweet, however she needs to do something about her staff.
