Amazing place, customers & staff. they always get my order correct and the manager and staff are so sweet, even when provoked they keep their attitude up! i order a caramel latte with coffee milk and a side of hashbrowns. its always lovely here i wont even lie, there has been sometimes where nasty customers come in there and are just mad disrespectful like one time a man came in there and was just cursing and yelling at the old man and him & the other staff kept their composure as they should and still had the service amazing, i wish they were appreciated more! you should definitely try eating here soon, amazing food, donuts, and service :)

I rarely write reviews, but I had to share what great service I received here today. Portia, the store manager, took my order in the drive thru and her positive attitude is contagious! I could tell from her drive thru interactions before me that she has gotten to know her customers and made connections with them as well. She is doing an amazing job, and I just really appreciated having such a stellar interaction with her this morning.

Most of the employees lack the skill to talk to people normally, theyāre always rude or have an attitude when having to do the jobs they literally signed up to do. Thereās a certain crew thatās super sweet, but it doesnāt help the fact that majority of the staff are just rude. The manager is really sweet, however she needs to do something about her staff.

This is my third time coming to this Dunkin in months and I live 2 mins away. Every time I say Iām not coming back. The two prior times my food was made sloppy and incorrect and the staff had an attitude like it was my fault I spent almost 30 dollars one of the days for me and my family. We waited over 20 mins for drinks and they were still incorrect. Today I said to myself Iām going to give one more chance . I came through the Drive thru anround 11am and was trying to order some food. I wanted to get an iced caramel macchiato with the $6 meal the Woman on the MIC told me I couldnāt get that it was not a drink included in the meal I said ok. As Iām continuing to look for other options she breathes hard into the speaker as if Iām taking to long. There was no one ahead or behind me. I told her nevermind and I drove off. I never write bad reviews for anyone because I know everyone has a bad day and things happen. But this store is really getting worse and my review may get overlooked but something needs to be done about the Moral in this building. No one should have to ride 2 miles away from there home to go to a different Dunkin when there is one within walking distance. I hope it gets better but itās enough for me to not come back.

Porsha was AMAZING - literally the best service Ive had from this location ever. Made sure everything was correct and fresh, very pleasant to speak to, communicated wait times well, and overall seems like a great employee. I would even say shes management material. 10/10 - I know my order will be DELICIOUS when she's at the window.

Love Dunkin! However, Iād appreciate a straw when you hand me my coffee in the drive through line. I donāt want to have to sit here for 5 minutes waiting for my food with no straw to drink my coffee. Thanks! Great service.
This may be my last time coming to this location. The service isnāt really friendly. I remember coming in one day and they were making my matcha drink and the lady that was making it was like āthatās a nasty combinationā and I guess she didnāt know it was my drink until she asked me. That definitely could have been kept to herself.

I love coming to Dunkin literally my favorite place in the world. Iāve been going there for about 3 years now. The manager Stephanie is amazing and most of the time staff is amazing. These last 5-10 times Iāve went to Dunkin or had someone go up there for me , I specifically ask them NOT to put cinnamon sugar on my coffee and they do it right after I tell them not to . I usually spend around $10-$15 anytime I go if not $20 still an amazing place but the workers need to focus more on paying attention to what THE CUSTOMERS are asking and paying for. Before some of the new people started working there I never had this issue.

Terrible customer service, the orders are wrong. In my experience they decided to change my order without asking you if that's okay or what products I wanted and they didn't bother to tell me. They have some very suspicious characters hiding in the bushes out back and it's dirty outside with garbage around.
