I've frequented this location for 5 years now, or since they opened, and this new manager has phased out the quality employees and replaced with a 180° drop in quality, expediency, and professional/customer service!!! Many times in the a.m. the iced coffee isn't stirred, or shaken, the cream & sugar quantities are off, and lastly...the wait is astronomical!!! Sunbeam is ny new fave!!!

The prices are really costly. And the food is cold really not at 8am ?? And the price of a regular coffee is omg princely this is all over not just them.

The coffee is good and the people are friendly but I've gotten hair in my doughnut on at least 3 seperate occasions. Once can happen to anyone, twice is not good. Gave it another shot a few months later and found another. I'll stick to coffee at this location.

These guys promote items at one price but when you come in and buy it they try to charge you another. I asked them why and they said b/c the sale didn't start until the next day although they had signs everywhere with NONE of them saying the date the sale started. Don't put up the signs to get people to stop if you're not going to honor the pricing.

I walked in and they served me in less than a minute, when I drank my coffee I could feel electricity flowing through my veins. When I ate my vanilla cream donut I almost orgasmed. 8/8 pretty great

I should own stock in Dunkin with how often I come here. Iced coffees are fantastic and the Boston Cream is the best donut ever made. Drive thru line is extremely efficient during rush hours, much better than the Starbucks down the street. Can't go wrong here!

I stopped at 4:53 to buy a Latte and the employees told me that the promotion starts tomorrow. Yet none of the signs that they have promoted everywhere says nothing about the start date. When I wanted to order one they wouldn’t honor it. So I left. This is false advertisement. If you promote something without any dates listed, you should honor it. Plain and simple. Heading to Krispy Kreme now.
