Drive through is down, instead of disabling mobile ordering like a normal place would do, they don’t have anything advising of this until you physically reach the drive through. So if you preordered drive-through pickup because you have a sleeping child in the car or other reason you can’t get out, you are out of luck and the people inside were rude about it on top of that.
Tasty food, clean, and friendly staff. The donut tote was cute and my cousin loved it.

Hours of operation say they're open but all the lights are off and the front door is locked. Employees in there. Are you open or not?
I would only come here in the mornings because it’s near my work place but I’ve never had a good experience in any of my visits. Always inconsistent in their flavors and time management. Employees look like they don’t wanna be there, which I understand.. for the most part they’re always busy and stuck with obnoxious school kids but I’ve been to busier places that move more efficiently and provide better customer service with less workers. There’s definitely no employee chemistry here and there’s a visible lack of supervision. I think managers forget that their employees reflect on them so I definitely put fault on the higher ups here as well. Hope to see a change soon.

I ordered donuts and paid for them to be picked up the next day. When I arrived to pick them up they had none. They don’t seem to even care about the customer.

I ordered a cold brew with light ice and almond milk at the kiosk. When my drink came out, I could tell right away it wasn’t right , it was extremely light in color from way too much milk, loaded with ice, and didn’t look or taste like cold brew at all.
When I mentioned it, the employee started to remake it and then casually told me, “Just to let you know, we only have regular iced coffee right now.” That’s something I should’ve been told from the start. If I hadn’t said anything, I would’ve walked out thinking I was imagining things, when the issue was that they didn’t even have what I ordered.
For the second drink, she offered to add espresso, which was fine, but the hot espresso was poured directly over the iced drink and melted all the ice, so the quality still wasn’t there.Overall, the lack of communication and how the order was handled was really disappointing. If an item isn’t available, customers should be told before the drink is made , not after the fact

I came here to get a drink and they closed 15 minutes early and when I got to the window they said oh well we are closed and when I said ohh I thought you close at 8 they said oh well we can’t serve you we already sold all of our drinks and we are out of supplies. Super unacceptable! Worst customer service I’ve experienced at a Dunkin ever!

Poor customer service. Made a simple request and they would not do it, which other locations had no problem doing in the past. When asked for a refund manager had an attitude. Drive-thru cashier was very nice and patient. Keep smiling and being happy, maybe it'll rub off on your coworkers.

Unreliable people, I called to ask a question and instead of answering, they quickly hung up the phone 😒

I love Dunkin! I have said in the past many times that Dunkin does not sell donuts, they sell happiness. I love my strawberry with sprinkles, I stop at Dunkin for one of these donuts at least once a week and every time it brightens my day. I’ve been to this Dunkin a few times in the past months when working in the area. I haven’t had any experiences that stuck with me negatively in the past, today blew my mind. I pulled up for a mobile order and was having trouble getting the order to place with the app, not sure if it was a connection error or just the app taking its sweet time but there was no one behind me and it was noon so I respectfully let the girl taking my order know I was waiting for the code to load. She asked if I could just tell her what I was ordering because it was taking too long, and I said “well it’s all already in my cart, I was just waiting for the code to load but I’m just gonna get 2 donuts and a medium strawberry with lemonade refresher.” She snapped back in an extremely rude tone “are you telling me your order so that I can get you the food you want? What do you want me to do!?” And I responded respectfully “ma’am I can do whatever works best for you, I’m not sure why the app isn’t loading, I’d be happy to pay at the window as long as I am able to get my points” then someone else, a man, asked on the mic “are you sure it’s at this location” I said “yes I’m sure it’s for sunbeam it’s just taking a second to give me the code.” Then she got back on the mic and said “well can you just read me what you want off your phone or pull over and get your stuff figured out” sounding annoyed so I mentioned very gently and respectfully how there hadn’t been anyone behind me or anyone in the line at all since when I pulled up but I complied and just gave her my order traditionally. She rang it up as a new order and said nothing after I read my order except “9.11” in the most spiteful tone I have ever encountered in the service industry. This took all of my appetite away and made me certainly decide I was not going to be spending any money here. I’m not sure what her problem with me was, I’m not sure what they are smoking over there if it was a major issue that my app had caused me to take between 3 and 5 minutes in an empty drive thru line. I work in sales. I wear a suit and tie and I treat everyone I encounter daily with an ample amount of respect. I can totally understand that the employees may be stressed and that there may be a grading system that corporate takes very seriously for how long cars spend in the drive thru line (most fast food places operate as such) I know that over 5 minutes in line can put CFA or McDonalds or such businesses “in the red” for that order. I have never worked in the fast food industry but this is my observation. The number 1 priority for all businesses in this and similar business in the industry is and should always be service. The food industry is really called the service industry. You cannot speak to paying customers in annoyed and condescending manner. It is so disrespectful and truly put a sour feeling in my stomach. I thought about walking in and speaking face to face, but I did not want to embarrass anyone and figured I’d be able to work my appetite back with this review and by driving less than 10 minutes to the bears other dunkin, where I am confident and excited that my service will be what I expect from what is usually such awesome company. Huge coaching opportunity here because this really got under my skin as a frequent and longtime customer.
