Be Careful if you pay in Cash. This Dunkin is not doing what most businesses are doing. When you pay in cash they round down to the next tenth when giving change. It is not the customers responsibility to cover the fact you decided to stop using Pennies in your business. Every penny matters in today’s economy and taking 1-4 cents from every customer that pays cash. It’s not right, you decided to stop using Pennies so you eat the cost. The Treasury is still making Pennies and they will stop going out at the beginning of 2026. Not good Business Dunkin on 103rd Street and Firestone.

Sweet young ladies. Trying to keep up with everything. Not much donut variety as I wanted, and grill was being cleaned so no sandwiches available ☹️ Very clean.

I placed my order and they served everyone who arrived after me. It's a shame that the man who made my bacon snack... gave me whatever he felt like. Disrespectful.

Likewise, upon seeing my order, I decided to leave it there. I'm not asking for anything for free; I'm paying for it. Hire people who want to work and provide good service.

This store is a joke went this morning and the hardest working people was the lady at the register the lady at the drive-through window and the cook. The other girls laughed and played it around and didn’t take any of the Customer serious cars were leaving out of the drive-through and the lady at the front register advised them that cars were leaving and they laughed it off. I stood in line and waited over 15 minutes just for a drink and a loaded hash brown. The young girls have no sense of urgency, knowing that it is early morning this store definitely needs people that will pick up the step in the rush-hour early morning traffic

This has to be the worst drinks I've ever gotten at Dunkin. On my way to a follow-up appointment or I would have went back and definitely asked for a refund. Asked for hot chocolate with whipped cream. I got warm water with a hint of something. Definitely no cream and no hot chocolate! My daughter got a vanilla bean and it was nasty. I don't understand why it's so hard to make these two drinks. I would think a elementary student could do it.

Do not eat from here, I DoorDashed food and my food had a dead roach stuck to it. Bag was sealed only could come from the restaurant, very disgusting. I threw the whole order away.

This is the best Dunkin' out of Cassatt, Blanding, and Roosevelt by Winn-Dixie. They serve you with what you request—respectful and helpful. Fresh and hot!

Can forget it the coffee isn't thrown out ever 20 minutes like it use to be back in the day....we were in the lobby it was not even 7pm and the guy working said alright we need to shut the lobby down but than as I drank my coffee and watched from the parking lot he used thesame mop on the bathroom as he did the lobby and let me add never once did he change the water or anything he just barely skimmed the floor and wiped the table with his hands and I promise you that's not sanitary at all... Someone needs to retrain this guy and clean the floors and lobby appropriately. Also I'd like to add they need to make fresh coffee at night instead of using cold cold coffee...I'm shocked at the levels of Dunkin since they probably don't have any edict for hiring people and to think that we all billions of people come through to the 103rd store and we don't even know if we are getting sanitary food items we already know the coffee is old all day long

I’m not trying to to be disrespectful, but , if I’m here leaving my comment it’s because it’s not the first time it happens to me, I don’t know whats wrong with the older lady with glasses and long hair, she always get attitude, like she always mad , I’m not trying to be rude , but is how i feel. When you work at costumer service , you have to have a little bit more the empathy, no get mad when we can order the right thing, with the right name!
