I went today at 1:35pm. I very clearly asked for one pump of vanilla in my pumpkin latte. I said it twice. Not only can I tell there's two pumps, it says 2 pumps on the label which I didn't notice until later. I am SO tired of bad service and inattention to simple details that matter to me, as the customer. Do better! If I can't trust you with a pump of syrup, how can I trust that you also gave me almond milk, which I paid extra for. Small things are important things too. And then the phone number to the store wasn't working/ringing when I tried to call rather than leave a review. 👎

Items on the menu were discontinued. Girl said she didn’t want to “risk” taking my wife’s $100.00 bill. They didn’t give us our doughnuts and then when we asked about them, they wanted a receipt and my wife just threw it away. The girl watched as we had to dig it out of the trash to prove we bought something and we have not even left the store. The staff here are unprofessional.
Hit or miss on the munchkins. The one I hit on 103rd on my way to work in the morning I get a 10 count assorted munchkins and sometimes they're gritty and sometimes they taste like they just came out of a building that was just burnt down.

Everytime I made a order here it was incorrect and terrible ordered a simple bacon and eggg and I got a sausage payed for a donut I never received never have this issue anywhere else but this location it’s a bunch of meth head white trailer trash white girls who can’t get the orders right they to hire ppl who want to work

Just came through the drive through, unashamedly I’m here almost every day. I just love this Dunkin so so much. All the people, all the coffee (cold brew with butter pecan and crème), and the food as well, every visit is spot on! The inside of the store and bathrooms are always perfect. I’m so thankful for their later hours (drive through only past a certain time) and every single employee literally makes me feel appreciated and better than when I walked in. Today I asked the man who is always there (during the week at least) if he is the owner and of course he is, said he’s had the store for 18 years. Amazing!!! Super grateful for this neighborhood Dunkin and if you’re in the area, support them and stop by for a cup of joe! Thank you to the whole crew there!!
