The lady returned with ice crammed into my cup that I had to pour some out because there were big chucks of ice that I couldn't even put the straw in. My husband's hot latte didn't have his equal in it which we asked for some to be put in

Employees definitely need more training on customer service. The moment I walked in the store there was cussing and loud banter towards another customer, kind of unpleasant but they lowkey don’t get paid enough in this economy lol. The food is nice tho so it’s not entirely bad. It’s kind of a bit awkward waiting and I hate when the atmosphere is like that.

Dunkin just doesn't have the tastiest food. The service is slow and the restaurant could be cleaner.
Absolutely the best Dunkin in Jax without a doubt. All the staff there are AMAZING and unbelievably sweet. I always do a mobile order in the morning, and they always have it ready to go. Mind you my house is only like 5 minutes away and they are QUICK! Coffee is always consistent & more importantly-the staff always have big smiles on their faces. All of the staff need a giant raise. I do want to add a note to dunkin corporate- Please please please make it an option when you mobile order to add in a tip. ❤️❤️

I just wanna say I had probably one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Dunkin at this one! I placed a drive pick up order got to the window (I knew I was early I placed it on the way there) that drive thru lady was very polite told me she had just started when I got to the window she was very sweet and food was the freshest I’ve ever had. They also absolutely nailed my coffee I really appreciated the experience.

ask 2 docen of donut, big joe, cup, sugan cream on the side, i forgot a customer that ask for caramel and ask a little bit in cup on the side too please, and hey are ladys said straigjt no we can not, they keep chatting for another 2 and again NO, i offer buy a cup a caramel and again she said not. to the manament i spend 55 dollas and mini side cup with.caramel can till you.down your business,? even when offer to buy it.
