I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for the past 5 years. And I can tell you the quality of the coffee and flavor is not the same. I use to enjoy and look forward to my coffee. The flavor is not there. Idk if it’s this specific location or all of the Dunkin are doing the same thing. Dunkin please bring back the love you once put into your coffee🙏🏻

Server working the drive thru taking orders messed up my order twice once she caught her first mistake, putting almond milk instead of regular which I never said anything about second mistake I’d ordered two drinks at the intercom thing whatever it’s called she only had me down for one said it’s my fault holding up her line and the lady at the window taking my money shouldn’t have taken my order there With the most rude attitude ever Like you chose to work at Dunkin’ don’t take that out on me. What a stupid woman.

Just spoke with the store manager regarding three previous door dash orders to include todays coming out of her store. Each time the coffee is missing the condiments although it states on the receipt it was added. False. She appeared carefree and said door dash can give me a refund. That’s not why I order coffee through door dash. I want my order to be correct. Who orders from a delivery service to in turn get refunds! Not me! Zero stars for service and lack of service.

Ordered a drink through the drive thru, took a sip and it tasted nothing like the "signature" iced s'mores oat milk latte. When I brought it in hoping to have it remade, the girl working said she made it right and when questioned by the manager, she dumped out half and dumped in a shot of espresso and shoved it back to me. So disappointed

The people that work here are the slowest people I've seen. They quite literally move at snail speed. This experience reminds me why I just pay more to go to Starbucks. Also they charged me for a drink that I didn't get and then said there's nothing they can do about it. Just great.
Done coming to this location, time to find a new coffee-breakfast place on the way to work. Since the new crew started working here, service and customer service is the worst. I get the wrong food, drinks are done very mediocre, food is burnt or cold. Very sad, how some new people just destroyed yet another drive-through coffee shop

Big selection, clean and convenient, free parking, outdoor seating. O am a Dunkin girl, I even use it for my morning coffee at home. Does need a face-lift though. My order was taken quickly and prepared correctly. Everything was fresh and tasty. I felt comfortable and safe there.
