They were both so friendly and knowledgeable on all the flavor combinations that I walked out smiling with my new favorite flavor!!! ive been getting frustrated with this location lately. Every time I order my iced coffee with a shot of espresso they never add the espresso to my coffee!! i pay extra each time i ask for a shot of espresso on my order. They need to give the customers what they pay for!

Awful newer management and most certainly why that store went downhill since he walked in. Too bad the old crew left because of him also. They refuse to add cream and condone teammates slamming the window in customers faces when asked. Chris the âmanagerâ threatened his employee termination if he served me after Chris didnât want to add cream and yelled out the window as I drove away. Itâs pretty sad when pouring coffee makes you that miserable. Customers pay for a product and never want to be told to âadd it yourselfâ đ Pretty sure last time I checked, that was their job?! I really hope video is checked of when the female held the drink out of the window for me to take for 45 seconds because she refused to add cream âonce itâs given to the customerâ because that coffee never touched my hand. đ

I live in Bartram Park for years, I used to go there every day twice, I stop going there because I get the order every time wrong, so I stop going there for almost 2 years. Decided to go there again few days ago, order coffee with cream and sugar, I got large black coffee, no cream no sugar, today I stop by order coffee with cream and sugar and bagel everything with bacon, egg and cheese, what I got bagel with cream cheese, coffee with cream no sugar.
Why is so hard to make simple order correct, and the thing is that it wasnât even busy. This time definitely wonât be bank.

This is my favorite Dunkin! My coffee is always amazing and they make the best avocado toast with bacon. The people are so sweet! Amiyah who works at the window is so kind and friendly she learned my name and is always smiling and kind and respectful! She is a perfect example of AMAZING customer Service!
