I come to this DD often because it’s close to my job, but one staff member on the early morning shift consistently makes the experience unpleasant. She sighs every single time before taking orders, as if customers are an inconvenience. She speaks in a disrespectful tone, snatches cards, and hands drinks over roughly. Her attitude makes me feel unwelcome every visit. This is not a one-time issue—it happens repeatedly. Basic customer service and courtesy are completely lacking at this location 😑

Pulled up at 11:30 am in the drive thru on 12/25/25 and was told they closed early.
When I asked what time they were scheduled to close, the women reported they were actually sold out of everything?
So checked the Mobile app and it still had mobile pickup and drive thru open until 8pm. Went through all the menu items and nothing was reported to be unavailable.
Sounds like a lazy worker didn’t want to do their job.

Very rude customer service. The lady that works there has an attitude and not welcoming at all. They kept me by the first window for a while and when I turned to ask them if it works she told me yeah and you didn’t wait and you have to go back I can’t service you here. So I went back and I also stayed for a while for someone else to take my order. It doesn’t seem like they want to work 👎🏼

I ordered a Toasted White Chocolate Mocha from this Dunkin’, a drink I get often at other locations, and it was completely flavorless. It tasted like plain black coffee with no sweetness or mocha at all. Total waste of money. This location clearly needs better training because this is not how the drink is supposed to taste.

This DD serves there pre packed sandwiches cold and the manager there's very rude and disrespectful to clients that come in there and why was there food served cold. So to anyone who goes there stop. U can get sick from pre packed food not being cooked thr right way. I will be reporting them to the BBB and health and food sevices

It’s such a rare and thoughtful touch that makes every visit feel personal. She goes above and beyond—whether it’s starting on regulars’ orders the moment she sees them walk in or welcoming new customers in a way that makes them feel instantly comfortable.
Her leadership shines through in how she keeps everything running smoothly, even during busy rushes. She stays calm under pressure and sets the tone for the whole team. The Bartram Park location is by far the best Dunkin’ around, and it’s because of people like Amaya and the wonderful crew here. With so many coffee shops to choose from, it’s the warmth and sense of home at this location that keeps us coming back.
Management should be incredibly proud of the team they’ve built here—it’s an outstanding experience every time.

They were both so friendly and knowledgeable on all the flavor combinations that I walked out smiling with my new favorite flavor!!! ive been getting frustrated with this location lately. Every time I order my iced coffee with a shot of espresso they never add the espresso to my coffee!! i pay extra each time i ask for a shot of espresso on my order. They need to give the customers what they pay for!
