The first time I went to Dunkin donuts in the Durban pavilion on a fri at 3pm and they had no donuts and the girl that worked there was rude about it. Thought a donut shop would have donuts. The second time I went to the Dunkin donuts in bartram park. No greeting when walking in, no list of prices for the donuts. After standing there for about 10 minutes a girl in drive through says be right with you. I left after another 5 min with nothing. There were about 5 to 6 people running around but Noone could greet me, talk to me or bother to take my order. That is twice now have been to a Dunkin and both times left with no items but rude service. Sad!

They were out of the donuts I wanted service ok but donuts needed filled more and they are smaller.....12/01/2024 been there twice in the last two weeks it's drive thru only front door is locked. I wanted to see what they had without a long conversation with them at a window, no issues, I went across the street Duck Donut they took care of me .

The worst manager I ever talk to. I was the every morning customer but the lady she work at DT and she said she is the manager she was so disappointed and disappointed just because I order wrong the first. Sorry for my Favorite store to this person in charge. 2 weeks ago she did to other customer to and she have to Leave the line.

Ordered 10 Bavarian cream and 2 glazed donuts . Arriving there . They told me they had 6 Bavarian so agreed to get 6 and 6 . Not even a single one was Bavarian . It was a lime filling . My crew were eating them and they told me that it wasn’t what I ordered still had one left . Went to the store and they told me . Yes we have 3 different donuts that look the same outside and yes we usually mix them so we don’t even know how to put which is which and since you ate it we can’t do nothing about it . Dumped the donut and the box in one of their bins and left . Bad costumer service even when they are clearly in the wrong .

I specifically said I do not want whip cream on my hot coffee it melts! I wanted cold foam! I don’t understand why some locations do not use cold foam on hot drinks! Whip cream melts on hot drinks the cold foam does not! This is crazy that people want to argue this! The guy said it has cold foam on it and it was stated on the cup! Starbucks does not argue this at all!!!! I normally prefer Dunkin over Starbucks but lately here 🤦♀️

Place was rude. Manager was rude… Well she seemed like one with how rude she was talking. Shes lucky I was in the drive thru cause I wouldve went in. Dont ever tell a customer Stop looking at me like that if you asking about their order. Cause ill gladly come inside. So next time I will be coming inside. See you soon. You just hung up on me also so I’ll be back :) Don’t worry , I hope you have that same energy next time.

Nice Dunkin. It's exactly what you would expect from Dunkin.
ordered to the wrong location and reordered, losing $9 but have places to be so took the loss. waited 5 mins, asked to pull around and restart in the wait line, said that i would wait there for my items. got the window slammed in my face twice and the middle finger. wouldn’t be surprised if she spit in the food too. avoid this dunkin at all costs ☹️

Very friendly and efficient staff. Donuts are always fresh. Drive thru is quick, and the inside is always very clean and tidy. Great rest stop for a pick me up!

Had a craving for a dunkin muffin, but wasn't sure which one. Decided I'd walk in, instead of drive through.
Door was locked, kid mopping was blatantly avoiding looking at the door to acknowledge I was there. Should still be open for another hour.
I ordered a hot sandwich and they gave me a cold piece of cheese and 1 piece of bacon and they had attitude when I kindly asked for some more bacon

The beeping is god awful. It is the worst thing to have pierced my eardrums in literal decades. If this store ever wants my money again, the beeping must stop. The beeping has created the utmost worst experience I have ever had at a Dunkin. Fix the beeping or lose yet another customer
