I've give 0 stars if possible. The staff working were rude and didnt even get to order before I left Girl literally looked at me, turned around didn't say a word and starting wiping stuff down completely ignored

The manager, MJ, has been phenomenal! She was able to help me with a large, late request and I could tell MJ did everything in her power to help me. That is such a rare quality and I very much appreciated her efforts and results! She had everything from our order prepped and ready to go when we walked in! It’s so refreshing to work with someone with this kind of dedication to her job!! 10/10 ❤️

Today was really disappointing for me . I went to this dunkin place for a coffee as usual , and when I paid for it the lady made a mistake, she charged me 9 dollars for a small hot latte, obviously I paid for somebody's order . I told her , she was really nice and she tried to fix it , I was late for work and told her its ok I prefer to take my coffee and go , but she was really trying to help me and couldn't. she called this lady , don't know if she's the manager or supervisor or something, then she started yelling at me for no reason, I was surprised 🤣 Because I didn't do anything, it was not my mistake and I even told them , keep the money, and give the coffee so I can go . I wish I knew her name she looks Latino ( like me ☺️) she was so rude to me for something I was not my fault, honestly I don't want to go there anymore 💔 I felt so sad to start off the day like . I work for at&t , I work with people and understand that we all have our days. But she ruined my day today , for some reason I feel sorry for her , I've seen her many times before and she's always yelling and mad . She said I don't say hello every time I ask for a coffee , sometimes probably, but never have been rude to them ever and always pay . Please don't ruin nobody's else day I know Dunkin don't want that for the customer.

Was picking up for uber, half of the staff is super nice and attentive while the other half of the staff looks like they hate their life and have never heard the words customer service, I'm not asking for people to do a song and dance but I wake up put a smile on even when I don't want to and go to my job because that's what's expected of me and I become a representative of my company when I clock in

If you're looking for the best cup of coffee to start your day, you have to visit the Dunkin on Phillips and Old St. Augustine location, I've been to other ones and hands down these guys are better than all the rest. I'm always greeted by a smiling face ready to help me start my day off just right.
Did mobile order thru drive thru!’ The female who assisted was 1000/10!! Absolutely courtesy, professional, outstanding experience!! She is the definition of kindness!!

The service is amazing and they are so nice and even remember your order which is super awesome. The People here treat you like family !!

It is s normal Dunkin Donuts. They seem to always run out of chocolate frosted with sprinkles. I was waiting for them to start making more each day, but I guess they can not, still running out.
