This is the best Dunkin in the entire city of Jax and surrounding areas (PVB, Atl Beach, Jax Beach). My guys at the window are AMAZING and now know our order when we pull up (sometimes 2x day, lol). The order is PERFECT every. single. time. Seriously cannot say enough good things about the staff at this location. If you are the owner reading this you should give them all raises. They absolutely deserve it.

I would like to give a huge shoutout to Ben and Cody for always giving me outstanding customer service 5 days a week, sometimes 2x a day. I have finally found a Dunkin who does it right.The service is always top tier and they go above and beyond to make customers feel important.Dunkin is a very important part of my day, every single morning before work.I’ve been to every Dunkin in town and this location by FAR has the best customer service I’ve ever received. It’s so nice to pull up to the speaker/window knowing that you will receive nothing other than positive energy and smiles.This team by far beats the rest when it comes to time efficiency, quality and customer service.I have nothing but good things to say about this location and its employees.I appreciate you all so much! ❤️

Just came in at 8PM and got a frozen coffee with chocolate and pumpkin, it looked and tasted great! Will definitely come this location more often for a late night coffee

They definitely seemed understaffed when I went.Both of the employees were visibly overwhelmed.All I ordered was two donuts and a bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant. My Sandwich was missing the bacon.The counter where they kept napkins was really sticky.
