Ordered a large pumpkin spice latte and almost a quarter of it was empty and filled with whipped cream. I’ve gotten this order from many different locations and they never shorted me this much on anything. If I’m gonna pay 6 dollars for a coffee fill it up. Never coming to this location again.

I’ve been coming here for months. Multiple times have seen and heard the manager treat the employees terribly. I’m shocked it still happens. I don’t see a corporate store allowing this so this must be franchised, but they’ve lost me as a customer, I won’t support owners and managers like this.

Never good service hear, asked for fresh pot coffee since they always give me cold coffee every time. They make my coffee, give me in 30 sec, it’s old and cold. 3 teenage boys giggling when I asked how they made it fresh in 30sec? This location has lots kids and no management of any kind. I love Dunkin, but will go to new Hodges and jtb location they actually care smh.

I am 12 years old and my grandma gave me 6 dollars to get me and my brother a donut and I went to pay and got 2 Boston cremes. And I gave him a 5 dollars and while he was giving me the change I put a dollar in the tip jar. Once I put the dollar in the jar he saw it and gave me a FREE new valentines donut!! Now I’m going to give it to my mom once she gets back from a long day of work. By the way the donuts where delicious😋
The new manager is a rude unfit manger she will not show the proof of me taking any tip money but accusing me of taking .. when I have visit the store for my boss man who gave me $10 for his xl hot coffee I even gave them a tip that day .. she is very rude and racist and discrimination I worked at that store 5 years before she got there I never in my life out of 12 years of Dunkin stole any money or tips .. I feel so disrespected and I been going here for 7 years this the only place I go to get a piece of mind

I ordered 4 snakin bacons and 2 coffees. All of the bacon was burnt to hell & the coffees had coffee grounds all in the drink. Absolutely disgusting and it shouldn’t have taken 15 minutes at the window for that. Yall need to do better

Was in the drive thru for about 7 minutes before someone finally took my order. I repeated myself multiple times about the donuts I wanted and they still got it wrong. They got my drink wrong and when I asked if that was the right drink he said “I think I made it right” but it was the wrong drink completely. Very disappointed.

There was only one guy taking orders and he was the only one that even spoke a word to us, the other two workers didn’t even bother smiling or looking at us in addition one had headphones in and would not hear us at all when we said excuse me. The wait was wayyyyyyyy to long. Took us about 20 minutes just for them to tell us they were out of what we ordered.
