I want to preface this by saying I am not upset with the cashiers because it really isn’t their fault. But management needs to do a better job training. I just had an experience where the employee had no idea about anything I was ordering. We had to wait about 5 minutes before anyone even realized we were in the store. The cashier didn’t know what the egg bites were, he didn’t know how many shots of espresso are in a drink, and he couldn’t understand that 2 orders of egg bites meant 2 boxes and not just one order of two. It was a stressful encounter and not fair to the customer or the minimum wage employee.

I am a regular customer at this Dunkin' location (12740 Atlantic Blvd STE 200, Jacksonville, FL 32225), and while the products are usually consistent with the brand, the ongoing unprofessional behavior from management has made the atmosphere uncomfortable and deterred me from returning.
On multiple visits across day and night shifts, I have witnessed managers yelling at and disrespecting employees in front of customers. Most recently, I overheard a manager gossiping negatively about a specific employee right next to the front counter, in an area easily audible to waiting customers.
This repeated pattern of harsh public interactions and gossip creates a tense environment that affects both staff morale and the overall customer experience. Professionalism and respect toward employees are essential in a service business, and I hope higher management takes steps to address this for the sake of the hardworking team and patrons. I only came in that day to get something for me and my grandson

The workers here are clearly not running on Dunkin'. They were limping at best. I've seen workers at Goodwill with more hustle and customer service than the so-called workers at this store. Sad! Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Drive thru? Amazing. Ordering indoor? AWFUL. Literally avoid it at all costs. The cashier was ignorant. I went inside to avoid the long drive thru and was made late to work anyways. Have some consistency please.

Ordered a large pumpkin spice latte and almost a quarter of it was empty and filled with whipped cream. I’ve gotten this order from many different locations and they never shorted me this much on anything. If I’m gonna pay 6 dollars for a coffee fill it up. Never coming to this location again.

I’ve been coming here for months. Multiple times have seen and heard the manager treat the employees terribly. I’m shocked it still happens. I don’t see a corporate store allowing this so this must be franchised, but they’ve lost me as a customer, I won’t support owners and managers like this.
