It’s convenient to go here because it’s across the street from my house, however, for the last few months they never have munchkins, the croissants are never heated, and every time I order a simple coffee it’s always wrong. It’s like this location doesn’t give a care about anything. Gave him several chances for redemption, but seems to get worse over time

I just left this place and had the worst customer service, they took more than 20 minutes asking me about my order which was a signature latte and a matcha latte. They didn't gave me what I ordered and they forgot to give me my donut. Signature latte was just some dark coffee. They all need a drug test they all looked high on drugs.

I don't go to this Dunkin location often but when I do, I always order ahead. The last few times I've been here, they haven't even gotten my order started when I've walked in. Maybe they are more attentive in the morning but in the afternoon they don't seem to be paying much attention to mobile orders. Today the staff member saw me waiting at the pick-up area and then went to get my order off the printer. She did speak to me and said she was getting it started right away. It only took another couple of minutes so it wasn't a big deal... but it wasn't like they were busy.

Everything is good but they messed up my order. I was trying to tell them at the drive thru but the worker ended up hiding behind the counter tops. Literally saw him hiding from me so he avoids talking to me

On our way home from the dealership decided to stop by and get some breakfast. We had rewards to use up. Store is in a weird location. Parking can be tight. Upon walking in we noticed the door handle doesn’t have that bright Dunkin color on it. Then when we stepped in. The floor was so sticky. Tables were dirty. Looked like the closing crew from the night before did nothing. These workers were working hard. They had a huge drive through line. The cashier was nice. Food was delicious. The kiwi drink was delicious as well. This location needs more workers. Update 7/23. We came in after picking up my car. They did a much better job cleaning the place. The floors were slippery but clean. Food was amazing! The gentleman who rang our order was friendly and polite. My second favorite Dunkin in Jax!

I usually go to this location every morning almost seven days a week. At this point I’m going to stop going to this location. I pulled up at 8:50pm for a large cup of hot coffee. The young boy tells me that they are out of coffee. That they closing in five minutes. I responded back saying I thought you close at 9PM. The young boy told me that the only can make ice coffee. At this point I was puzzled and I realized I was talking to a child. That does don’t understand business. When I pulled up they had all of the lights off in the lobby.
