This location is hands down the best Dunkin’. The employees were friendly, funny, energetic and were really enjoying themselves. They created the idea atmosphere for customers to leave with a smile. Way to go Dunkin’ Donuts 1084-1!!!

Horrible service. I am a Dunkin lover! Every time I see one I stop! The lady today at this location was disgusting. Her attitude was not what I always see at Dunkin! The establishment is already small and there was a few of us in there. We were waiting for our order when she approached and told us the waiting line was down there and pointed towards the door where we were all instructed to cram there and wait! After we received our coffee the gentleman behind us was asked very nasty and what are you waiting on? Without paying customers the establishment wouldn’t survive so you should trying pushing better customer service!

This is the worst Dunkin ever. I order tornado drink they sent me the peach one. I order sourdough sandwich toasted with cheese bacon and egg. The sandwich is not toasted and only has cheese and bacon, no egg. I hate this place, they not thanking the job seriously at all. Where is the egg? Why you didn’t toasted and why did you sent peach drink ? That’s not what i ordered. Tornado drink that I order is not orange
Walked into this branch , I hope I got the correct one to leave this review it is on Duval and airport rd Jacksonville and close to the Holiday inn hotel. As soon as I entered a hearty good morning from the staff. One guy was mopping the floor , everyone was so pleasant. It was around 915am on the 26th June 2025. I want the owners of this establishment to know this about the team on duty on this day. They need to recognized for their professional conduct. We were heading home to south florida and it was so nice to see this service at a Dunkin. I just read some reviews about rude staff. I have to mention everyone on this morning shift were black and were all great and professional. I noticed with the reviews the owner does not acknowledge any. They need to read and acknowledge these team members

Customer service on that early morning shift: TOP TIER! Since I work super early and this is the location closest to my job, I’ve been here plenty of times now and the early morning shift is always very kind and friendly. They know how to greet people and have friendly conversations although it’s super early. And with me having to put in a very large order this morning, they were bagging it up as I was walking in the door. I truly appreciate their service.
