The lady is a woman about 40.. She was so rude to her staff it was terrible. If your having a hard time keeping staff I’d get rid of that manger. Her comments to the young kids working where terrible.

We had Kiosk issue but all was corrected at pickup. Thank you so much for helping those of us with Kiosk challenges haha. Great $6.00 breakfast. Bagel egg bacon,cheese, hash brown rounds and coffee. Win win.

I started to think it was my fault...I remember working in F&B and hating guests walking in 5 minutes before closing...but then I realized i walked out with my ill prepared order at 8:27, meaning i came in more than a half hour before closing (and they locked the doors behind me). If it had been 5min until close, the thought of stopping wouldnt have entered my mind, but some people's 8pm is another's 8am. It's absurd that I couldn't get a simple cup of coffee from a coffee joint, regardless of proximity to closing. I asked for a medium hot coffee with cream and sugar and received a barely room temp coffee with cream, to their credit, but not even a hint of sugar. After seeing this location's rating and reading the reviews i can see this had nothing to do with my timing, this is simply a terrible location. If you peruse the reviews, you'll see none of the complaints are the rambling rants of explosive tempers. The complaints are all specific and share common threads. The one that stands out the most is the complaint about witnessing the manager mistreating the employees in front of guests in the middle of service. This store didn't screw me out of time and money because some lazy kids don't want to work the hours they've been instructed to work, but rather because they've been explicitly taught that their role, their value, (as is the case in so many other fast food chains) is to serve as a cog in someone else's wealth generator. And now realizing that that was all available from just reading the reviews, which I failed to do, I guess it is my own fault, so, to be fair....one star for me. But still, avoid this location.

If zero stars were an option, that’s what they would get every time I go here they screw up my coffee. I just got Me and My Wife coffee and had to ask them to remake The one and the other was just over halfway filled. I get an iced coffee for 4 dollars I would like a full cup of coffee. but rather than just filling my cup of coffee, she put coffee in another cup and poured mine into there so all the sugar that was at the bottom of my cup is no longer in my coffee, leaving it, bitter and disgusting and it’s a similar experience every time I go there. What a failure at life that they can’t make a cup of coffee with instructions labled on the damn cup! So sad

Worst experience in a Dunkin Donut I ever had. The donuts were disgustingly old and they were also out of many flavors. The coffee is cold, the latte was too cold when I ordered it to be hot. I don’t understand how it’s still standing. The store itself was dirty and full of scrumbles and spilled coffee on the floor I think St. John’s communities deserve something better.

The stuff is absolutely horrendous! This is the third time I’ve ordered a latte and got a cup of hot milk instead. There’s no apologies, no words almost, no nothing; they just silently take it back, add an espresso shot, and hand it back to you… I guess I should be thankful they didn’t charge me twice? 😂 Worst part is - there’s absolutely nothing you can do about it. The stuff are all kids who don’t care about anything but their phones. oh my 🤦🏼♀️
