If zero stars were an option, that’s what they would get every time I go here they screw up my coffee. I just got Me and My Wife coffee and had to ask them to remake The one and the other was just over halfway filled. I get an iced coffee for 4 dollars I would like a full cup of coffee. but rather than just filling my cup of coffee, she put coffee in another cup and poured mine into there so all the sugar that was at the bottom of my cup is no longer in my coffee, leaving it, bitter and disgusting and it’s a similar experience every time I go there. What a failure at life that they can’t make a cup of coffee with instructions labled on the damn cup! So sad

Worst experience in a Dunkin Donut I ever had. The donuts were disgustingly old and they were also out of many flavors. The coffee is cold, the latte was too cold when I ordered it to be hot. I don’t understand how it’s still standing.
The store itself was dirty and full of scrumbles and spilled coffee on the floor I think St. John’s communities deserve something better.

No reason why the drive thru should take 40+ minutes. No available parking in front. All of this for thawed donuts and a melted coffee. Used the app and prepaid for my convenience. No apology. 51 minutes waiting.

The stuff is absolutely horrendous!
This is the third time I’ve ordered a latte and got a cup of hot milk instead. There’s no apologies, no words almost, no nothing; they just silently take it back, add an espresso shot, and hand it back to you… I guess I should be thankful they didn’t charge me twice? 😂
Worst part is - there’s absolutely nothing you can do about it. The stuff are all kids who don’t care about anything but their phones. oh my 🤦🏼‍♀️

Expect a long wait in drive thru lane especially on weekends.

No. As far as fast food burger joints go, this is not the place. No bacon, no flavor and no ranch for the onion rings because it cost extra. Who charges extra for condiments?

What I ordered vs what I got. Deceitful. Ever have your mind and mouth fixated on a specific taste, only to get something they’re trying to pass off as what you ordered.

This is a chocolate sprinkled donut with cream filling. Nothing marshmallow or graham cracker about it. Whoever these CNL or CML distributors are they’re going to cost you some business. This isn’t the first they’ve falsely advertised their products—and no one knows until they bite into it or notice it looks differently than advertised.

The workers are just put at the window to be the face of false advertising and questions. And It’s not even their fault. SMH
