When I originally reviewed this location (5+ years ago) it was under different ownership and had very poor service. In the time since, the location has done a 180 with a new owner and good service. He even renovated the location. It currently looks better than ever.
My son asked me one day why we don't go to Baskin Robbins (inside Dunkin') and I didn't really have a good reason since it had been years since my prior visit. So, I agreed to go. When we walked in, we received good service. The new owner got us each our two scoops in a cup. He was very friendly and the staff was attentive. The ice cream was very good. We figured since we were there we may as well get a couple donuts for Saturday morning. In the time since, this has basically become our Friday afternoon treat/routine. We do it so often we have become regulars and Raj knows us.
So, if you're wondering about this location or with previously ownership you may have had a bad experience (as I did), it is worth your time to give the new owner a try. Baskin Robbins also has some very unique and awesome flavors including M&M Monster Cookie, Cookie Monster, Monkey Business, I even really like the chocolate chip. Just make sure if you go that you download the app ahead of time so you can get your QR code for them to scan when you check out so you get points towards your purchase.

I got a dozen of donuts a couple days back and was very disappointed because there was no effort in those donuts what so ever the donuts were horrible they were sloppy ash… I won’t ever get donuts from here again and none of the workers talk to you when you walk in or welcome you in very poor service and bad food

They just remodeled this Dunkin but the service is still just as bad. They mixed up everyone's orders. There was a lady in a car in front of me waiting for her food , the guy comes out with the bags in the same white gloves he used to touch everything only to go back and prep peoples food 🤮 This Dunkin used to be so good , it's sad

If i could give this store specifically a ZERO i would. For years I’ve tried to give this location a standing chance but between it being ran by underage teenagers likely and people who have zero manners OR any type of home training i give up. Between the attitude and eye rolling because THEY mess up your order and the constant behavior of simply being an employee there it’s so unprofessional, even my 6 year old son has picked up on it being in the back seat and said “that girl was really rude”. Do better or get a diff job.
People are very friendly. Great service but bathrooms are disgusting and broken. Please do not do 80% with a smile.

I walked in wanting to treat myself and to my surprise the were offering waffle tacos!!! How cool is that. It was fresh and crunchy and a really fun experience. I was told these would only be available on weekends and soon they be offering a chocolate dipped version as well. I can’t wait to come back.
