Never had bad service. But they never have enough boston cream donuts. I go every 2-3 weeks from 3-6:00, and about 3 out of 4 times, they don't have boston Cream. Love their boston cream. Service is always good. But no reason to go back if they don't prepare donuts.

highly do not recommend coming here. the place is dirty and the bathrooms were disgusting. employees were poorly trained and left me waiting for several minutes despite no one in store or drive thru (and yes, i alerted employees i was there several times).the manager, heather, is incompetent and just as poorly trained as her associates. dunkin donuts needs to look at how consistent the low reviews are with how shes long she has been the manager.

I came through the monument store last week and I think there is a new manager or something because the staff looks friendly and happy and I had great service. I ordered a refresher and they upsold me for a donut which I didn't mind. Glad I gave them another chance, it is obvious they are trying. Good job.

They waterdown their drinks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ordered a butter pecan swirl and my cup was 95% ice 5 % drink. I ordered a medium and only got 3 sips and Boom nothing but ice!!! Very unhappy with my order.

Came on a Sunday afternoon to get a few frosted donuts and were told several times “It’s Sunday we were really busy and slammed. We sold out a lot of stuff and aren’t making anything else.” Maybe my expertise in donut/fast food is remedial but how can a store stay open if they don’t have any products and don’t have plans to make anymore? The young lady wasn’t rude but I guess I just expect more from a donut shop. Maybe to actually have donuts. ?

I had an ice cream emergency on Thanksgiving day, while the location had been closed for about 10 min the staff was happy to help me out! All while smiling and having a great day. Working in retail for many years it was a refreshing visit. Hats off to these wonderful ladies.

Rude service most times I come here. One time, I placed an order through the app and got there and they are shut down. An employee said they couldn't refund me, I had to call corporate.I only keep coming because it's the Dunkin near my house. I really should find a local coffee shop instead...

Well, I’ve been sitting at the drive-through for about 10 minutes now and the lady at the drive-through speaker was extremely rude. And she finally came to speak to me she acted like I was an inconvenience to her.

I walked in for a coffee. I am still inside the store for a hour. 9 people have walked after me and gotten all there stuff. I got so irritated with waiting so long for just 1 damn cup of coffee that I approached the counter. They didn’t even know I ordered 1 or that anyone was suppose to make. The lady after hearing my complaint decided to make it. What I thought. She literally just tied handing me 2 different types off coffee that where not what I ordered. I actually saw the car line go by 3 times while I was waiting for a cup of coffee. My family waited in the car the whole time for the fact that my son had a baseball game across the street at 10. Now it’s 10.36am and just now getting in my truck leaving your establishment. I loved this place and came on all the time: I will not come back or advise anyone to do so from neighbors to parents in the park. Like I said my family is in the car and a very upset about the whole situation. They will also be submitting reviews. Which will me 4 more. They never want to return also!!!!Thanks for ruining my kids day.Kid-friendliness: They ruined my kids day and in return the wife is even more upset

Worst Dunkin ever. Slow, inconsistent. No interest is customers. They close the dining room an hour before the posted time every night to "clean". Reached out to franchisee with no response. I gave two stars instead on one because the coffee is usually okay. Avoid this Dunkin. Go to the Wawa a block away.
