Morning shift on 09/02/2025 about 7:40am I walked in wanteing a bagel and asked for it to be lightly toasted they burnt it and it’s non edible I go to this place all the time and never have a problem but these workers this morning looked very low energy and didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. I definitely would recommend the manager of this morning to really pay attention to there employees and how they are presenting the food as well as the food should be edible I don’t know why they would think a hard bagel that’s clearly over toasted would be okay to give a customer who clearly asked for lightly toasted as well as it seemed the bagel had been sitting out for awhile it had a stale taste to it.

The employees at this location specifically need raises. Each and every one. They are ON IT in the morning. I put in my order, arrive, and it's ready EVERY TIME. It's incredible. I probably only order because I know they are so quick.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but what happened at this Dunkin’ location absolutely warrants attention. The way your employee Anna treated my friend was completely unacceptable and honestly shocking for a customer-facing role.

My friend calmly placed a drink order—something she’s ordered many times before—yet Anna aggressively insisted she was wrong. No clarification, no willingness to listen, just attitude and condescension. After pushing back for no good reason, Anna finally made the drink… only to spill it all over her own hand during hand-off. No apology. No replacement. Just more cold, dismissive behavior.

This isn’t just bad service—it’s disrespectful and unprofessional. Anna clearly lacks the basic courtesy and training expected of any employee in customer service. This kind of behavior drives customers away and reflects horribly on your brand.

Management needs to address this immediately. If this is how guests are treated, especially when they’re not being rude or difficult, it’s a sign of a deeper problem. Either Anna needs retraining, or she should not be on the front line representing your business.

Dunkin’ can and should do better. We won’t be returning to this location unless we know this situation has been handled seriously!

First soon as we walk in the young manager looked at us and acted as if she didn’t want to service us. She had an attitude and another manager had to tell her to help us. We saw a bug fly and land on a strawberry donut, I told this same young lady she looked at the donut dropped it back down and said she didn’t see the bug. Her attitude was HORRIBLE! And I then asked was she not going to throw the donut away she just rolled her eyes and said she didn’t see the bug! I then asked to speak with another manager I spoke with a different manager who was so kind, me and my son showed her which donut it was and she simply threw it away! That’s all the other young lady had to do. I’m not going back here because if she thinks it’s ok to have bugs left on a donut and serve it to their customers that is unsanitary and just plain nasty!

always have exceptional service. Literally come everyday. With the exception of one small lady with glasses. Rude, loud, nasty. First time thought she was having a bad day but today solidified that she is just nasty. Won't be back
