They charge for ice there doughnuts are almost 2.00 and a side of cream cheese almost 2.00 got a doughnut side of cream cheese and ice cup just under 5 bucks lol I'm going to Panera from now on. Get it together Dunkin oh and hash browns are shit they are so gross! Do better

As someone who visits a Dunkinā nearly everyday, I have experienced the good and bad of Dunkinā locations across the nation, and this location and team are without any doubt one of the best. Friendly, welcoming, food and drinks are always to order, and no matter how busy they are everything is delivered with very little wait.

The owners or family members will even be there behind the counter in their regular clothes and not even acknowledge youā¦.. just hanging out i guessā¦What a joke. Ordered through the app today around 2pm(not busy) came and stood in front of mobile tray for at least 7 min before i was asked what i was waiting for š. Of course there were OTHER people who walked in were greeted anddd serviced before me.

Morning shift on 09/02/2025 about 7:40am I walked in wanteing a bagel and asked for it to be lightly toasted they burnt it and itās non edible I go to this place all the time and never have a problem but these workers this morning looked very low energy and didnāt seem like they wanted to be there. I definitely would recommend the manager of this morning to really pay attention to there employees and how they are presenting the food as well as the food should be edible I donāt know why they would think a hard bagel thatās clearly over toasted would be okay to give a customer who clearly asked for lightly toasted as well as it seemed the bagel had been sitting out for awhile it had a stale taste to it.
The employees at this location specifically need raises. Each and every one. They are ON IT in the morning. I put in my order, arrive, and it's ready EVERY TIME. It's incredible. I probably only order because I know they are so quick.
