I grew up by this Dunkin and some years back I had completely given up on it (coffee and food completely inconsistent and somehow prepared poorly). However, in the past year or so this Dunkin has been seemingly blessed by a group of young ladies that are running this location like the friggin’ Navy. My coffee is always great and the effort for customer service is noticeable even at the drive through. Huge shoutout to the employees

The staff at this location used to be so kind and helpful, we have been going for years, when I went today though, the shift lead was so incredibly rude and condescending. She took 20 mins to even make my food, was rude when I inquired what was taking so long, even though I was the only person in the drive thru the entire time, she then got my order fully wrong, after taking so long to make the food. When I realized what happened and called to file a complaint she heard who it was calling and was again rude and condescending that I was calling to complain so I have filed a complaint against her with corporate. She told me to come fill out an application if I thought I could do the job better. It was bad enough she was rude but to get my order wrong too and then not offer an apology, a refund or help, unacceptable. Will not be returning to this Dunkin.

Goodness, I normally don’t leave reviews but I just received this thing that is supposed to be a croissant stuffer a few minutes ago at this location on Hendricks. The photo speaks for itself. 😬 they were also out of a lot of stuff.

Courtney makes this location the best. She’s the only reason why I go so often and why I don’t go to the 3 other coffee shops less than a mile from my house. She knows who I am as soon as I pull up to the window. She’s always super nice and welcoming. She makes the drive worth it. She deserves a raise!!

After my transaction they informed they were out of bread. I asked for a refund. She was not able to give it to me because she isn’t authorized to do so.
