I grew up by this Dunkin and some years back I had completely given up on it (coffee and food completely inconsistent and somehow prepared poorly). However, in the past year or so this Dunkin has been seemingly blessed by a group of young ladies that are running this location like the friggin’ Navy. My coffee is always great and the effort for customer service is noticeable even at the drive through. Huge shoutout to the employees
This is the best location in Jacksonville, I would give them 100 stars if I could. The morning team is amazing and have never got my drink wrong and they know my order without me telling them. The customer service at this location is amazing.
Courtney makes this location the best. She’s the only reason why I go so often and why I don’t go to the 3 other coffee shops less than a mile from my house. She knows who I am as soon as I pull up to the window. She’s always super nice and welcoming. She makes the drive worth it. She deserves a raise!!
